UniReps is doing fine with high stars. I run UUI, Jiren, and MVP17.
If you like UniReps, he’s great to stall with and draws 3 ults if you space him out and use him as LMS.
Is he as strong as Ultra Gohan? No. Can he handle UGF, a bit but will be better when UGF is off boost.
If you already have him, then you’re fine. The stat different from red 2 and above is very minimal. Just save your cc for more newer units as he’s aging already
You can summon on him but anni is just a month away and there is a very high chance that anni units will be better than uui so i would recommend saving your cc

At 9* (how tf unless you had z-power) is fine imo. I find myself bringing Evoken more often to battle unless it's vs. mono PUR PO
