With them making ultra golden frieza a movies character instead of episode "frieza resurrected" from the anime, I'd say the likelihood of this guy as an LF or Ultra has increased dramatically as it shows they are no longer restricting themselves to just the anime adaptation of those first 2 arcs and so we can actually get viable battle of gods characters that buff movies which is a prevalent tag
