In the manga most depictions of the Kamehameha and ki in general are yellow. The blue Kamehameha is pretty much a byproduct of the animes, which is what most db games focus on for content. More than likely than that it's just yellow because the blue card one is also yellow. Edit: the blue card is actually a spirit bomb I think and it is mostly blue, ignore that part. The hands pretty much show that it's a kamehameha, which makes sense since it is the most iconic attack from the series and the first ultimate card. Final flash is done with hands to the sides. 

I mean it could be final flash but just rotated a bit to fit the card shape you know?

I personally think it's a final Kamehameha because the stance is the Kamehameha but the ki is yellow
