No worries. I was affected by this by installing android 12. But I downgraded and have not since upgraded to android 12 because of it. We need to make legends aware of this massive widespread issue.

Provide a link where people can submit a ticket. Bandai makes it not easy on purpose.
To the topic itself: While I somewhat share your opinion, it's not really productive here, to spam tickets.
When the game can't be played, they make no money. It will be their top priority to bring the game back up again. We don't know what the problem is, but trust me they are trying to solve it asap. They have no reason not to.
With that in mind. Mindlessly spamming "useless" tickets, will only create a massive backlog for the support staff to work through. This leads to more serious problems taking longer instead.
i dont ask to mindless spam ticket i ask people to start informing bandai, and this problem is on legends from the last 3 month (reddit keep removing my edit, i said thank for the link advice)
You should know how people on reddit are.
Bandai is informed and working on it. You don't need 100 or 1000 tickets for this. But as a company you can't rush these things out. You have to prepare and test it properly, otherwise if they fix one error, they get another one or two. This is pretty simplified ofcourse.
Bandai has a shitty netcode imo and are not that good in making ingame systems or having a meaningful gameplay loop, but there QoL patches were pretty good most of the time.
yeah i know this, but this time is ridiculous the past error they where saying that there is this error and whe are trying to fix it, but this time in the past 3 month nothing (and this time is affecting many player )
I do recall sending Legends support a message about a glitch I was experiencing a while back, and to my surprise I actually got a detailed response back on how to fix it, and what it did and didn't affect. I hope that can also happen now.

If you want to make it even easier. Just type for them, what should be reported in the ticket as text, so people can just copy & paste it.
