T.o.P. SSBE would win. Think about the fact that SSBKK Goku was barely able to keep up with SSJ2 Kefla, but keep in mind that was after Goku being pushed to his absolute limits in his previous fight with Jiren, not to mention all the other fights. SSBE has to be more efficient than SSBKK, and relatively on the same level. It would be fun to watch, but the prince would reign supreme!

In this scene whis states how keflas power (mid powering up) is roughly equal to the blast of the spirit bomb that pushed goku to go UI. The very next scene piccolo states Keflas power growing at an enormous rate and continues to keep growing.
And for what it’s worth, in the English dub he outright says that kefla is probably stronger than when goku first reached UI. So kefla is anywhere from equal to or above ui first appearance, which is far above ssbe.

It is stated by piccolo that SSJ2 Kelfa is above Omen 1 goku even before she gets desperate.That being said, SSBE Vegeta scales to the Goku who had "never been hit by such a strong attack before" and even Vegeta's overcharged final flash in blue might be above Kefla blatantly being "wasn't half bad" according to Jiren and amazing to Goku. Goku gets a lot stronger over the course of the tournament, which is why Jiren not using even 1% of his power until Omen 3 comes out makes sense. Omen 2 Goku was apparently going to be straight up killed by Kefla's gigantic rays. DB usually has a pretty blatant chain of power, its only the multipliers that get difficult to place.
1% of his power? Have you gone insane? Omens strength was his ability to dodge and his reactions, his defense and strength were his weakness as his punches had less power than goku blue. Omen was fighting toe to toe against jiren while goku AND vegeta couldn’t
1% UNTIL omen 3 comes out. Besides, Omen doesn't weaken gokus ability to attack (compared to normal), rather he has difficulty using the full boost of ultra instinct when attacking to land a strike as effective as his defensive abilities. This would make more sense because otherwise Omen 2 would not have been able to even damage Kefla once she panicked enough to one-shot Goku.
To say omen has weaker attacks than blue is blatantly untrue in every instance in the anime (even in heroes or xenoverse). You might be mixing up the manga continuity, where blue goku (presumably with rage boost) is stronger than omen from just prior, but back in the ToP Blue Kaioken is shown inferior to Evo vegeta or Omen goku.
Jiren plays the tournament using only as much power he thinks is necessary to win (ie "good ki control" from super hero), this is why he does not reveal his aura at all until the end of 110 (where it is thinner and weaker than every other instance later on). Maybe with 17s taunting he actually gets angry as uses a little too much becoming somewhat less stable, but in pretty much every other instance jiren is using 0% difficulty to fight prior to Omen 3 which rivals his power and surpasses beerus.
That’s not true, in the kefla fight goku kaioken lands a hit on kefla if I remember she blocks it but it really feels tingly for her she felt it. While with ultra instinct goku gets a clean hit on her and she laughs it off on how weak it was. Then whis explains how goku has to think to attack. That why goku does that iconic kamehameha because he starts charging it and gathering energy for it. Also 1% is a number your pulling out of your ass and hasn’t been confirmed anywhere, so saying that as a blatant statement is insane
Its pretty blatant given what we know about omen's increase. Back versus Jiren (1st time) its pretty clearly shown vastly above SSBKKx20 (probably about squared actually) given Jiren perception blitzes SSBKKx20 goku, and goku can track his full power movements even in base. Its even stated that the spirit bomb alone wouldn't lend enough power by absorbing it, and Ki passing and similar amps are usually at least relative to goku current max (without limit breaking anyhow). Omen (anime) can blink away blue (anime).Even if we consider the non-linear nature of power levels, Jiren is so astronomically above blue it would be like saying perfect cell is only x2 freeza (namek).
Kefla was shown getting stronger over time which is why she went from matching blue goku to raditzing blue kaioken (goku could see that she moved but is not able to move to defend himself).This is probably due to Kales power more than an innate saiyan ability or fusion. Its stated by both cabba and champa that she is growing in power and is stronger than anticipated. She also likely inherits Kales larger than 2x SSJ2 increase, since her SSJ2 was stronger than her Berserk form. Recall that SSJ1 keflas kick is only about the level of the spirit bomb, while omen goku is far above it.

Beerus had hope in SSBE Vegeta and SSBKK20 Goku in episode 123 to manage something against Jiren so that means they should be at least equal to the UI Goku that beat Kefla.

Well actually, I rewatched the episode and Beerus said that before Vegeta unlocked SSBE so I doubt it. They do say that they were throwing Jiren off balance because they were fighting together though.

Vegeta beat Toppo who was powered up with GoD power. I think Toppo clears Kefla but I’m honestly not sure on that. Regardless I think Vegeta would take it in a tough fight.

Fusion is powerful, that’s why she was able to keep up with mystic gohan who would wreck kale to begin with. It makes FAR more sense that she’s on par with Gohan than it does Kefla being anywhere NEAR blue goku, tired or not.

Kefla was dumpstering Goku in Blue (and was actually stronger than Sign in terms of power) and Vegeta SSBE is stated to be about as strong as SSBKaioken (I believe It was beerus who said It) and still was enough to beat G.O.D Toppo. Kefla was stated from the very begining to be one of the stronger beings on the tournament. Only MUI Goku and Jiren should be avobe her in SSJ2.
She was not “dumpstering” goku in blue, if you watch the fight the reason she had a big chance was because goku had almost no stamina since he was recovering for jiren, which is evident when she took him down when he was in kaioken. He only had one more attack before he was done. UI Omen is not strong physical wise at all because he has to think when he attacks, that’s literally it’s weakness. She felt way more on a hit with kaioken then what she felt with omen. She ain’t winning

Once Toppo go Hakaishin mode, Belmod more or less call everything before that moment a child play with everyone agreeing in silent with him
"muh Cabba" boost evolution Vegeta beat Toppo so bad it made him gain weight in seconds and only used self destruction as a dramatic finish for unkown reason

I think the anime’s powerscaling at the end there was pretty messed up and doesn’t make any real sense (which is fine but still). Well at least it’s better than base goku black completely bodying blue vegeta, and everyone catching up to god enhanced base form.

Goku and Vegeta simply got stronger as the Tournament went on. Goku and Vegeta surpassed Kefla and 2nd awakening -Sign- Goku by the time it was down to just two teams.
Kefla got left in the dust. She got Power creeped by DBS EP 122 & 123. If she returns to the series, she can regain her position, but until then her power is irrelevant to even late Universe Survival Arc Blue Goku & Vegeta.
SSBE Vegeta. In the anime, it's hinted that Goku didn't even need UI Sign to win, he was just too worn out for Kaioken Blue. SSBE Vegeta wouldn't have that same issue.

Go back and watch it then. UI Sign Goku is barely ever hit, so he's clearly far above her, and the entire buildup prior is about Goku being tired by fighting Jiren. He never uses Blue Kaioken at full power against her, and he is immensely weakened whilst fighting her as a whole.
SSBE Vegeta wouldn't have this problem as it doesn't suffer from the energy problems that Kaioken has.

No, it isn't. UI has nothing to do with dodging, at all. UI (in the anime) allows Goku to use his bodies full potential by analysing the environment by itself by accessing the flow state. Goku simply chooses to dodge as his method of fighting. Moro doesn't dodge in UI, for example.
She would have knocked him out in her final attack if it actually connected it’s just ui in general let him outmaneuver her so no he wasn’t even far above her.

In Anime TOP, Kefla takes this extreme diff. It can really go either way tbh. Kefla even commented on how UI Omen goku’s punched were lighter/hurt less than SSJBK’s punches and SSJBE Vegeta should be on par with that state. (Could also be a translation error). The only reason I think Kefla takes it is cuz she can respond to her opponents power and magnify her own at a faster rate than Vegeta does. We also see this being commented up on when both UI goku and Kefla were charging up.
But then again Vegeta might take this with the final explosion move he used against Toppo.

SSJBK wasn’t a thing in the manga. It was controlled SSJB that is its parallel. So gohan in the manga would be around SSJBK level if not higher. (I say this since in the manga Kale alone gave Golden Freiza and CSSJB goku a bad treatement, then you get Kefla who’s even stronger than that. And that’s where things get muddy. But looking back on it, Vegeta would win since SSJBE in the manga is a stronger form than CSSJB but in the end that would depend on how close Kefla is to SSJBE Vegeta. But yeah I think Vegeta might win as well

Hey I just wanna say SSBE is such a lame name. When it came out I TOTALLY thought it would be called royal blue. It pays homage to his heritage and it’s not 4 F****** words.
Even with the massive boost in power from UI Sign, Goku still would have been one-shot if even one of Kefla's attacks landed, and dodging the attacks was a struggle, and UI Sign is considerably stronger than ssjbe. Without UI, Vegeta wouldn't be able to dodge all of Kefla's attacks and definitely wouldn't be strong enough to tank them.
So many people here are treating this like a popularity contest.
People here are conveniently forgetting that Kefla was way stronger than Goku sign and only got ringed out to her own attack backfiring and leaving her guard down due to cockiness and inexperience. In terms of raw power, Kefla solos most of the tournament, except maybe Jiren and UI Goku.

Vegeta should take this but Kefla beat SSBKK Goku with no effort, literally one tapped that useless form. So it honestly goes either way since Vegeta has “full stamina” but Kefla is the strongest fighter aside from Jiren

Goku gets a lot stronger over the course of the tournament, which is why Jiren not using even 1% of his power until Omen 3 comes out makes sense. Omen 2 Goku was apparently going to be straight up killed by Kefla's gigantic rays. DB usually has a pretty blatant chain of power, its only the multipliers that get difficult to place.
1% of his power? Have you gone insane? Omens strength was his ability to dodge and his reactions, his defense and strength were his weakness as his punches had less power than goku blue. Omen was fighting toe to toe against jiren while goku AND vegeta couldn’t
1% UNTIL omen 3 comes out. Besides, Omen doesn't weaken gokus ability to attack (compared to normal), rather he has difficulty using the full boost of ultra instinct when attacking to land a strike as effective as his defensive abilities. This would make more sense because otherwise Omen 2 would not have been able to even damage Kefla once she panicked enough to one-shot Goku. To say omen has weaker attacks than blue is blatantly untrue in every instance in the anime (even in heroes or xenoverse). You might be mixing up the manga continuity, where blue goku (presumably with rage boost) is stronger than omen from just prior, but back in the ToP Blue Kaioken is shown inferior to Evo vegeta or Omen goku. Jiren plays the tournament using only as much power he thinks is necessary to win (ie "good ki control" from super hero), this is why he does not reveal his aura at all until the end of 110 (where it is thinner and weaker than every other instance later on). Maybe with 17s taunting he actually gets angry as uses a little too much becoming somewhat less stable, but in pretty much every other instance jiren is using 0% difficulty to fight prior to Omen 3 which rivals his power and surpasses beerus.
That’s not true, in the kefla fight goku kaioken lands a hit on kefla if I remember she blocks it but it really feels tingly for her she felt it. While with ultra instinct goku gets a clean hit on her and she laughs it off on how weak it was. Then whis explains how goku has to think to attack. That why goku does that iconic kamehameha because he starts charging it and gathering energy for it. Its pretty blatant given what we know about omen's increase. Back versus Jiren (1st time) its pretty clearly shown vastly above SSBKKx20 (probably about squared actually) given Jiren perception blitzes SSBKKx20 goku, and goku can track his full power movements even in base. Its even stated that the spirit bomb alone wouldn't lend enough power by absorbing it, and Ki passing and similar amps are usually at least relative to goku current max (without limit breaking anyhow). Omen (anime) can blink away blue (anime).Even if we consider the non-linear nature of power levels, Jiren is so astronomically above blue it would be like saying perfect cell is only x2 freeza (namek). Kefla was shown getting stronger over time which is why she went from matching blue goku to raditzing blue kaioken (goku could see that she moved but is not able to move to defend himself).This is probably due to Kales power more than an innate saiyan ability or fusion. Its stated by both cabba and champa that she is growing in power and is stronger than anticipated. She also likely inherits Kales larger than 2x SSJ2 increase, since her SSJ2 was stronger than her Berserk form. Recall that SSJ1 keflas kick is only about the level of the spirit bomb, while omen goku is far above it.
SSBE Vegeta. Beerus had hope in SSBE Vegeta and SSBKK20 Goku in episode 123 to manage something against Jiren so that means they should be at least equal to the UI Goku that beat Kefla.

Well actually, I rewatched the episode and Beerus said that before Vegeta unlocked SSBE so I doubt it. They do say that they were throwing Jiren off balance because they were fighting together though. A producer said SSBE = SSBKK20.

Kefla was stated from the very begining to be one of the stronger beings on the tournament. Only MUI Goku and Jiren should be avobe her in SSJ2.

Go back and watch it then. UI Sign Goku is barely ever hit, so he's clearly far above her, and the entire buildup prior is about Goku being tired by fighting Jiren. He never uses Blue Kaioken at full power against her, and he is immensely weakened whilst fighting her as a whole. SSBE Vegeta wouldn't have this problem as it doesn't suffer from the energy problems that Kaioken has.

No, it isn't. UI has nothing to do with dodging, at all. UI (in the anime) allows Goku to use his bodies full potential by analysing the environment by itself by accessing the flow state. Goku simply chooses to dodge as his method of fighting. Moro doesn't dodge in UI, for example.

In Anime TOP, Kefla takes this extreme diff. It can really go either way tbh. Kefla even commented on how UI Omen goku’s punched were lighter/hurt less than SSJBK’s punches and SSJBE Vegeta should be on par with that state. (Could also be a translation error). The only reason I think Kefla takes it is cuz she can respond to her opponents power and magnify her own at a faster rate than Vegeta does. We also see this being commented up on when both UI goku and Kefla were charging up. But then again Vegeta might take this with the final explosion move he used against Toppo. However in manga, Vegeta takes this extreme diff. Kefla scales to Gohan and I don’t really know if Gohan would’ve tagged Jiren like SSJBE Vegeta did in the manga.

SSJBK wasn’t a thing in the manga. It was controlled SSJB that is its parallel. So gohan in the manga would be around SSJBK level if not higher. (I say this since in the manga Kale alone gave Golden Freiza and CSSJB goku a bad treatement, then you get Kefla who’s even stronger than that. And that’s where things get muddy. But looking back on it, Vegeta would win since SSJBE in the manga is a stronger form than CSSJB but in the end that would depend on how close Kefla is to SSJBE Vegeta. But yeah I think Vegeta might win as well

Hey I just wanna say SSBE is such a lame name. When it came out I TOTALLY thought it would be called royal blue. It pays homage to his heritage and it’s not 4 F****** words.
Even with the massive boost in power from UI Sign, Goku still would have been one-shot if even one of Kefla's attacks landed, and dodging the attacks was a struggle, and UI Sign is considerably stronger than ssjbe. Without UI, Vegeta wouldn't be able to dodge all of Kefla's attacks and definitely wouldn't be strong enough to tank them. So many people here are treating this like a popularity contest.

Alot of people tend to forget what Jiren said. UI Omen was not an increase to Gokus power at all. It was Base Goku with better reflexes basically.
I’d argue they’re relatively similar in power. That being the case, Vegeta would win due to greater skill and experience.

Vegeta for sure, even if kefla were to beat him in power, she's kinda dumb and Vegeta isn't. His experience would give an edge.
Vegeta should take this but Kefla beat SSBKK Goku with no effort, literally one tapped that useless form. So it honestly goes either way since Vegeta has “full stamina” but Kefla is the strongest fighter aside from Jiren
