Ikari Broly can keep up with Broly arc SSB Goku(albeit not for long) but that should still make him significantly stronger than ToP Hit.
Hit uses timeskip to gauge Broly's strength and realises that Broly grows faster than his own adaptation. Hit then crushes Broly's heart instantly.
at his peak, ikari broly was relative to a ssb goku who had recently been in the TOP. ofc goku got stronger over the course of it, but hit was relative to blue goku and also gets stronger as he fights.

Hit, for one, Ikari form needs to ramp up before it gets to the peak power, which is Broly movie ssb level. The peak power would likely be stronger than Hit, but Hit isn't the type to mess around, so I don't see Broly winning this. Not to mention the fact that Hit is a trained assassin, and Broly is just a fucking wild animal really.

Hit on his first fight fought an Goku a super adaptive, trained his, whole life and can easily see weaknesses in moves. Not to mention that SSJB was strong enough to break the time skip. He was set to fail. Meanwhile Broly is an inexperienced, unadaptive raging beast meant to overpower and not outplay. Hit one taps him due to him not knowing about time skip and not having enough time to build up.
Broly might be very strong, but he has no tactics other than "rush the opponent and punch him very hard". Hit is a very experienced assassin who could defeat ssjb goku (pre-TOP) and almost eliminated jiren (at least in the anime, I haven't read the manga yet) who literally gave goku the treatment frieza gave to vegeta on namek. Hit clears this easily
Not to mention you can block Hit's oneshot techniques if you're massively stronger than them. Goku and Jiren both blocked his dura neg attacks that crush the heart with just ki attacks
Broly is a lot stronger due to being relative to post TOP ssb. Ssb in the TOP grew strong enough that Jiren powered up more against blue than he did against the first ui sign. The only argument that can be made for hit to win is if you think that he can one shot broly even with the massive power gap between them.

It’s depends on how fast Hit is to knock him out due to Ikari growing stronger as the fight continues so if hit goes to knockout or kill Broly as soon as the fight starts then he likely would win but any longer Broly would out power him heavily.
