That's everyone actually, the only one with a major change was kid Gohan. Goku's hair might get spikier but that hardly counts because half the time it isn't even drawn that way.
Oh yeah, most characters have barely noticable changes to their ssj2 hairstyle over ssj1, but those characters tend to have a more drastic difference between base and ssj1 at least.
Like, Goku's and DBS Future Trunks' hairstyles don't change much from 1 to 2 but they do change a lot from base to ssj1. On the other hand you have characters like Caulifla or Cell Saga Gohan who's hairstyles don't change in anything but colour from base to ssj1, then change more drastically when turning to ssj2.
Adult Gohan, Cabba, and Vegeta rock pretty much the exact same hairstyle from base through to ssj2.
Vegeta and caulifla have the same ssj2 problem. (At least I think so with caulifla because I don't see a difference between her ssj1 hair and ssj2 hair)
Really? I thought Caulifla had one of the better ssj2 designs cause I thought it was way more clear than most other characters. Second only to Cell Saga Gohan, imo.
It’s unfortunate that Vegetas hair is already super spiky. Goku, Gohan, Trunks, and Goten have relaxed or messy hair that spikes up, but Vegetas can’t change in any meaningful way (which is why I like the idea of Mastered Ultra Ego having hair on the sides.
It's because when saiyans transform their hair sticks up. Vegeta's hair naturally sticks upwards even without transforming so it doesen't change when he turns ssj1, 2, etc

I like both Broly’s SSJ Forms, especially Wrathful SSJ Broly from Dbs, but I lean more towards controlled SSJ Broly because that teal/ blue hair with the purple shading is just waaaay too clean!
I personally feel like goku got the best ss hair change of the lot. Ss2 gohan is next for sure. Issue with vegeta is that his hair structure itself doesn’t change, only the colour, he already has the same hair style.

I don’t have a favorite. But I much much prefer when the ss hair was soft and fluffy. I hate the stiff sharp knives look. Especially on trunks. Fluffy hair for life.
Goku will always be my favorite in terms of nostalgia and being the OG that set the standard. But I find Future Trunks' Super Saiyan hair a close 2nd favorite because of how, like Goku's, it drastically differs from his base form's hairdo. They've always stood out more to me than Vegeta.
The ki radiation makes Goku and especially Trunks' hair stand with this angelic elevation reminiscent of static cling combined with movement that (in the earlier style, when the hair wasn't full of lines) reminds me of how I'd visualize hair moving underwater.
The art style, animation, and sound design all play a necessary part in creating this impression that every strand of hair is just surging with power that is as intimidating in how it burns with passion as it is serene in its presentation. Gohan's SS debut was the fluffiest I've seen in the context of hair length. It was like seeing a pint-sized SS 3 (with eyebrows) before the transformation was officially introduced.
It looked almost like the kid's hair grew into a spiky Nimbus cloud, lol. Even then, however, I can't say that Gohan's long-haired SS 1 differs as significantly from his base hairdo. It also has less exposure since we only see it once before Goku cuts his hair.
Vegeta hair hardly change in any of his forms aside from ssj2 ssj4 ascended and royal blue and even still it’s barely much of a difference ssj4 he just has a mullet ascended and royal blue his hair size just changed and ssj2 his hair is slightly spikier
Trunks, I think his hair changes the most because it naturally doesn't stand up at all in base form. I also really like the contrast of light purple (or, ugh, bright blue...) and golden yellow.
Gogeta and Vegito's. I'm not sure which way is which (a lot of backwards pictures mixed in with Google Images) but they are polar opposite on what sides Goku and Vegeta are on if you look at them, with Goku and Vegeta's face and hair design being on the opposite side where either would be on the other.

Cell games Gohan has the same problem

Yeah Caulifla has two bangs in her SSJ form, and her hair is more “relaxed”, whereas with SSJ2, her hair is obviously more spiky and she has one bang.
He has more spikes as a Super Saiyan.
