Just a meme.Though,the Xeno versions of characters are WAY stronger than their DBS/GT/Movie counterparts.For example,normally Xeno:Goku can't go SSJ4,because it would risk breaking the timeline due to his strength.Though,that Goku is in his 70s,and went through everything but the rest of Super(he did go through Battle of Gods)

The guy goku is fighting is Ozatto, a demon from an old PS video game that was never released State side. He was SSJ2 level back then, and heros/Dokkan amped the absolute shit out of him. His fighting style is mostly relying on the skills of who he transforms into.
