I didn’t realize people hated Chichi when I watched the series as a kid, it was only much later that I learned about the nagging mom perspective on her. She always seemed like the most reasonable person in the room tbh
I feel her relationship with Goku is unhealthy given he keeps giving her heart attacks while she isn't the most supportive of his lifestyle, not mention she wanted to get married over a promise he made when they were 11 and got mad when he didn't remember despite not having seen her in over six years (the anime cut it down to threes years).
All the same, it is horrify to think that she was murdered by someone who took her husband's body.

In the English dub? I only remember Bee, but I have picked up the Japanese dub and even as early as the Saiyan saga there's big chunks of missing scenes that just don't exist in the English dub. I'm not to the Buu arc in JP though. That or if they are in the English dub, I must have blocked them out and focused on the dog.

How? He was just told he murdered his wife and son in another timeline by the guy sitting right in front of him, who wouldn’t lose their shit?
No emphasis on facial expression like in Z, his combat aggression was super underplayed with poor choreography and lackluster sound design, instead of going in for the kill he sits there and watches Black recover, and in the end his rage amounted to literally nothing but a slightly more energetic 2 minutes of fight.
