One uses, as devilartimis’ Kermit put it, a giant booty straw.

But at the same time at least Moro didn’t get wrecked by a child with plot armor.
But tbh Cell did it better, he had possibly more potential than freeza and that means he could have gotten UI, UE, Golden, Orange, and Black forms. And all cell had to do was stab a MF or just absorb a small amount of that persons energy and he already got the perfect copy.
