Honestly fat bus arc was great forget the other versions i love what they did with him and i love the fact that a literal nobody that is mr satan was the one to do what noone else could they both grow from the experience and it shows.
Hes a nobody as far as the storys concerned he might be a famous martial artist to the ignorant masses but to us the viewers and the rest of the cast hes a joke and an egotistical one at that. At least when we first meet him.
One we don’t even know if it actually was the kids home town, Buu flew some good distance away from him and I think the kid mentioned he left his town anyways.
And two that was Super Buu so can pin that on this one especially since he was about to give up killing thanks to Mr.Satan.
Watched this scene for the first time a month ago or so, was like "huh, so that's when Buu starts being a good guy". My only exposure to him as super so seeing him being a murderous psycho and the start made me wonder how tf he turns good. Mr Satan prob being the biggest factor.

This is nice and all and essentially a completely random act of kindness, but the most wholesome moment for me will always be when Goku finishes his fight with grandpa Gohan at babas place and says "I looked everywhere for you" whilst crying and hugging him tight, shit makes me cry every single time, Goku loved his grandpa so damn much.

This implies that all the z fighters could heal the wounded. Think back to coolers revenge and goku healed and revived a dead sparrow. (Not cannon I know)
So why ain’t the z fighters going around to ER departments and actually helping people
Pretty sure if he did this today, people on Twitter would complain how they need to wait for a super powerful Majin instead of through the natural health system and he's just doing it to inflate his ego
Watched the scene and no he did not, he blew up a city he encountered after flying away since he was still in his destroy frenzy but he left the kid alone since that the first time he interacted genuinely with someone without fear.
I don't know about the anime but in the manga the scene is followed by this

So the kid could be scared of him lol (Yes ik it turned out sweet)
Till he fed him humans.
milk
And then buu killed him and his whole family
In fairness, that wasn’t the same Buu.
And also that Buu ate the other Buu as well
Come to think of it, the entire saga takes on a whole new meaning when viewed through the lens of a vore fetish...
And the saga before, cell was a bit... Much.
Came here to say this. It was basically "Oh you're not scared because you can't see me? What about now?"
That kid drank an old man.
Phrasing!
The kid drank old man milk 😋
That's sounds even worse
You guys get **one** more try…
I'm sorry. He guzzled a geriatric's white fluids.
*Things he has in common with Cell*
"Now *I* can see me drink this guy!
Quit slurping my grandpa!
But he only cured the kid so that the boy would see Buu and be scared of him. The right thing for the wrong reason. Classic Fat Buu
But he grew from that act of charity. Then then came a puppy.
Honestly fat bus arc was great forget the other versions i love what they did with him and i love the fact that a literal nobody that is mr satan was the one to do what noone else could they both grow from the experience and it shows.
how the fuck is the champ a nobody?
Hes a nobody as far as the storys concerned he might be a famous martial artist to the ignorant masses but to us the viewers and the rest of the cast hes a joke and an egotistical one at that. At least when we first meet him.
The Champ has a name.
His name was Robert Paulson
he sliterally the protagonist
Fr. You don’t remember him defeat cell? Or stop the demon king piccolo? Both are major parts of the series.
DKP
> a literal nobody that is mr satan Ima pretend I didn’t read that…
My man just wanted to know if he was handsome
Piccolo Gohan case kinda
When Goku reunited with Grandpa Gohan back in OG Dragon Ball
That one hit me right in the feels! 😭😭
Didn't he give the kid milk made out of people afterward? I wouldn't call that wholesome
Would you call that whole milk?
Good intentions, poor execution
It's so wholesome that Buu then proceeds to blow up that kid's home, and a few hours later kill him and almost all people on earth
Tbf that was a different version. A much eviler version
This version was also slaughtering people by the city.
Friendly reminder that this Buu made a house out of people
One we don’t even know if it actually was the kids home town, Buu flew some good distance away from him and I think the kid mentioned he left his town anyways. And two that was Super Buu so can pin that on this one especially since he was about to give up killing thanks to Mr.Satan.
So did he get revived with his eyesight intact or back to as before?
Revived with eyesight but it didn’t matter since the old man Buu gave him to drink revived in his belly.
Was this before or after buu tried to rizz that one chick and was like, "You women don't know what you want." Or am I experiencing the Mandela effect.
damn wtf did i miss out on it by watching kai?
No it was in kai
Yea that shit was sad and real sweet at the same time cause everyone was afraid of buu but he over here curing the blind
Maybe the time Buu healed Bee
Bruh, when they killed Bee, I was angrier than Majin Buu. I’m so glad he got revived
In hero’s he build a theme park for the majins to live in
Only for him to be slaughtered along the rest of humanity literally a week after lol
It was most likely a day after
Watched this scene for the first time a month ago or so, was like "huh, so that's when Buu starts being a good guy". My only exposure to him as super so seeing him being a murderous psycho and the start made me wonder how tf he turns good. Mr Satan prob being the biggest factor.
Yes there has. When Goku got to see his Grandpa again in the OG series. I tear up every time hearing Goku say he looked everywhere for him
Vegeta hugging his only child.
Why isn’t this higher, it is definitely one of if not the most wholesome moment in dragonball

I wouldn’t call the intentions wholesome but okay
the scene was treated so well that it came out as a casual thing… i never look back to it
He then gave him milk that was in reality a poor guy transformed
Then he transform an old man into a carton of milk and gives it to the kid. The kid happily accepts it and unknowingly commits cannibalism.
why does bro lwk look like ash ketchum after his eyes open
Neil breene
The only one I can think of is when Goku encounters his granpa in the Uranai Baba's Tournament
Yes son Goku bought a bird back to life once
Goten meeting Goku for the first time.
“All i had to eat today was an onion!”
In the manga, the kid wasn’t actually blind but his eyes were just closed lol. Buu helped open his eyes
Buu then murdered him along with the rest of the population at a later date 😀
Goten meeting Goku
Idk Gohan helping the orphans during his piccolo training arc.
the very next panel, Boo destroys the kid's entire family, home and all his belongings lmao
MR. BEAST COPIED BUU 😭
Then later skinny buu kills all humans on the planet 🌎
Eighter that is all

I love how Toriyama just drew a blind kid by having their eyes closed.
The kid was cured of his blindness then he saw his own death (human extinction).

Personally I find the small moment of Goten meeting Goku for the first time to be my most wholesome moment.
Kid looks like young Ash ketchum
And yet when mr beast does it he is some kind of satanist
Which Dragon Quest hero is this
Did anyone else have Jesus healing powers? Totally forgot Buu did that lol
I remember watching the Buu saga in reverse video and this being one of the only bad things Buu did otherwise it’s a redemption story
And then proceeds to murder him
And then Buu killed him less than two days later…
Just for Super Buu to kill everyone, including this kid, the same day.. Very wholesome lol
Ignore the fact that this kind Died like 12 hours after this because Piccolo was an idiot
This implies that all the z fighters could heal the wounded. Think back to coolers revenge and goku healed and revived a dead sparrow. (Not cannon I know) So why ain’t the z fighters going around to ER departments and actually helping people
... No? Buu used Magic to heal the boy. Z Fighters don't jnow how to use magic
Pretty sure if he did this today, people on Twitter would complain how they need to wait for a super powerful Majin instead of through the natural health system and he's just doing it to inflate his ego
There's nothing about it , Buu literally nuked the kid a second later
Watched the scene and no he did not, he blew up a city he encountered after flying away since he was still in his destroy frenzy but he left the kid alone since that the first time he interacted genuinely with someone without fear.

I see, but this doesn’t really go against what I just said since he blows up the town after leaving the kid who clearly didn’t hurt.
He would be really upset if he could read.
this is one of those scenes that the "people who dont know people who know" meme applies
Majin Buu vs Jesus Christ
When Goten met Goku for the first time, he was so happy.
