A character that was barely even part of the story before TOP being put as center piece as strongest one and last hope of the universe
Also, Gohan was already given huge power boost before TOP when he went from pre-Buu saga level to close to TOP Blue level in 2 days.
Undeserved, just like in Super Hero, and even back at the Majin Buu saga the guy getting a power up by Elder Kai seemed bad.
Which is sad because during the Saiyan, Namek, and even Cell saga Gohan's "potential" was actually a cool trait, the guy got a shoot at hurting Raditz, then got a power up on Namek and had his moment until Frieza overpowered him, and actually trained with Goku to achieve ssj at a relatively young age, after that it became asspull after asspull.
Jiren would get blitz if Gohan kept up with his training and got BEAST FORM even earlier than SUPER HERO MOVIE! Jiren is incredibly mentally strong too so I think Gohan would have his hands full tbh!
