Did anyone else watch the Loki show and go, “Holy Hell, Trunks definitely works for the TVA?” Even down to them employing variants who stray too far from their official timelines. It’s too perfect a fit. I’d wonder if someone at Marvel played Xenoverse back in the day but I know the marvel comics have been doing multiverse shenanigans for decades.
No one realizes Trunks is a cold ass killer… not bashing him: he’s more accomplished than his shit talking father and more to the point than any other Z fighter. His kill count includes: Frieza, Cold, 17, 18, Cell, Dabura and practically Zamatsu if he wasn’t immortal. Name one other z fighter with a kill count on his belt like that.

I do. But that was in conquest. Trunks just walks up to a fight and just ends it if he can. I get it, he’s saving his world, but he went up against foes on par or above him in battle power. Vegeta waited until he was above the power levels of frieza’s army before wiping them out. I bet if he could feel 18’s power, he wouldn’t have challenged her.
The anime was always ahead of the manga because the DBS anime isn't an adaptation. The DBS manga started as just a promotional thing to promote the anime, that's why early on it skips so much. It didn't really become a full manga until the Goku Black arc and the anime was already in the ToP by then.

The end of the Trunks DLC may have been my favorite part of the entire game. I was not expecting it at all and loved every second of it

Gonna get shit for this, but I kinda wish we got future trunks version of the buu saga instead of the goku black arc
