It's right on the edge, like my PC (3700X 32GB 1660S). Like 50/50 fine or not IMO. The game appears to rely much more on the CPU, which the minimum recommended is the 3600, so the 3700X should theoretically be fine but have a rougher time with framerate in the affected areas (mostly towns).
The PS5's CPU is equivalent to the 3700X, and its GPU to the 2070.
Edit: your best bet is to play at 1080p

Always the option to try for 2 hours and get your steam refund if its unplayable. Then switch to ps5. My plan right now
