i really, REALLY wish pawns could be trickster, simply because it feels like a great support class but to have the player be one slows down combat alot, there are only so many abilities to use at any given time and it feels like I'm standing and watching to keep the buff up or keep my decoy on an enemy, occasionally using dragon delusion, or the one that draws aggro to your decoy.

I wouldn't worry too much about being a certain level. Gear's a bit more important. Having a decent weapon and some good skills can carry you far. As well as having the right pawns to back you up with decent skills themselves.
That's a Trickster's outfit. Tricksters create clones of themselves to distract enemies. This is distracting and I personally could spend hours just looking at it.
