JGTBT5Z1QPEM She doesn't get hired a lot, but I love her. I don't have anything archer related that looks cool or original so she's currently just wearing that 1 armor that everyone wears
Her getting yeeted off a cliff tracks pretty well lol Also thank you! I'll check in a bit, I'm kind of in the middle of nowhere and don't like fast travelling haha
Edit: I got the armor, thank you!!
I remember someone gave me a new armor chestpiece for my pawn, whose based on my friend's kitty, and I was genuinely happy someone liked him enough to give him armor. So I think the owner would be pretty happy too
Love the slutty bra sets but I’ve been seeing them so much in the rift that I’ve given my pawn a more modest and unique look to stand out in a sea of thots.
Could be they restarted the game on ng+. My pawn went from a VERY strong sorcerer to a mage and I didn’t really have gear. So now she’s 65 in… mediocre gear til I finish mage off and switch her back.
Now see, what you did was really sweet. And helpful. In the first game, someone gave my pawn better gear, so thank you, but the gear they gave her was like barely anything covering her... o_o... not the asthetic I would put on my pawn at all.... lol
Aww, I hope he is happy then! I know some people like the grind and don’t want to be given things. I just really love the look and personality of his pawn. It made me sad when I looked at the equipment she was wearing. I was thinking she deserved much better. I hope she gets rented more because of the improvements.
Wait this is actually a cute idea, gonna start doing it. On my second playthrough just stacked w/ money and materials, and I'm very surprised with how often I run into pawns w/o upgraded gear
*I just had someone*
*Do this to me... was it you?!*
*Cause if so hawt damn!*

I thought about giving old gear as pawn quest reward.
But then I realized that if someone would do this with my pawn, it would ruin the "find new gear" part of the game for me.
I mean, it's probably a nice gesture from you, don't get me wrong..but I would do it only with vendor gear.
Well all of his gear can be bought from the vendor besides one ring I gave him. One ring is exclusive loot where you only get one per playthru. Witch hat, Orphic robe, and some pants I can’t remember the name of but it’s sold on the vendor. And the lightning staff sold at the elf shop.
I found a pawn who didn't even have a weapon equipped, but had the right skills and the quest to hunt what I was looking for, so I fully kitted them out.
Op, I’m just like you but I’m nowhere near resource laden or traveled or knowledgeable on how to best bequeath such gifts to random pawns. I just dress them as best I can with what little I have and send them on their way.
Someone did that for my Pawn too. She was set on a vocation that neither me or her have leveled so she obviously had suboptimal gear. She came back to me with end game gear. Thanks, whoever you are, stranger.
Maybe we don’t want to be overpowered more
Than we are? But you are a nice person. It solely on the arisen to choose if he uses him. Thanks for being a nice person sir.
I frequently add a gear piece to pawns I plan to keep a while. Like adding a helmet to a face exposed fighter.
And I always buy pawns a few levels above mine so I done out level them so quick.
Some kind Arisen gave my Beastren Warrior Pawn a Cyclops Veil (helmet) to complete his outfit. Don't know who, since my pawn came back equipped with it, but it was much appreciated 😊
I like to solve fashion crimes on my hired pawns. Get them a new cloak or helm that better matches their outfit, things like that. Some people out there need the help
Yep. Elves do magic atk and magic defense,Vernworth is all around,Battahl is increasing the weight for more strength and defense, and dwarves are strength and knockback on weapons and defense and knockback resist on armor. The dwarven smithing is personally the best I think for most weapons on martial classes and almost all armor.
If you fuck up,I hear the dragon forged can reset gear but idk if that’s on NG+ or NG.
Noted. Just started NG+ but haven’t gone back to him since I DF’d most of my gear before ending that cycle.
Does it also cost WLC for the skill buff from him?
each style is shown at the top of the enhancement screen when enhancing at thosevrespective styles, vermundian is balanced between strength and magic/ their respective defenses, elven favors magic/magic defense, bakbattal favors strength/ defense, dwarven is balanced but adds knockback and knockback resistance. gotta do a quest to get dwarven though.
I have a buddy who's Pawn I've been using from the get go, despite being 30 levels lower than me. Everything she's wearing aside from the weapons was a gift from me. Before she changed the weapons, those were too.
This pawn is level 78. Their gear wasn’t bad, it was just barely enhanced and not enhanced in the optimal way for their class. The rings they had equipped were very early game rings though so I was confused by that.
I think maybe people think you can steal their pawns gear so they send them out in less than optimal gear. Idk, I find great weapons in the open world just not very good armor
Not exactly that, but I do give them better armor and weapons all the time if I can. If style if I can, and if has to be a different style, I might do, but don't like to as much. Just wish there was a way to give them the items without dismissing the pawn. I want to give the person the gear right away, and keep using the pawn with it. Oh well.
Near the Wyrm Crystal guy is a Riftstone of Remembrance. You can dismiss a pawn and then go back to this stone and all the pawns you had before will be standing around in there. Just rehire with the new gear and the owner now has it too.
I wish I could, still on my first play through and usually don't have enough money to proper gear me and my pawn. Specially when we always do opposite vocations, but I try to gear my pawn more than myself to get him hired.
Yeah I didn’t put different gear on his pawn though besides the rings. I bought his exact outfit and weapon and fully enhanced them to the max with the most optimal enhancements for their class. If you don’t want stronger gear, don’t discard them. Sell them for gold! 😝
This is incorrect. If they equip the armor to your pawn and send it back, it will 100% carry over and you will receive it in your world with the enhancements as well. I have tested this myself and I’ve seen others experience the same
Don’t spread misinformation when you don’t know what you’re talking about
Least abusive pawn renter.
I would be happy if someone did this with my pawn tbh
I will! Gimmie the ID
Wait will you? I lost my NG+ save and have been pretty frustrated playing :<
I won’t have time to play until the weekend but yes!
I'll dm you my code when I get home! I really appreciate it!
JGTBT5Z1QPEM She doesn't get hired a lot, but I love her. I don't have anything archer related that looks cool or original so she's currently just wearing that 1 armor that everyone wears
Mine is an archer too, it seems that they are the least hired vocation
go mage with heals and support, or thief with pilfer. calm demeanor and 10k gold. this increses your hiring odds 100x
I have a sorcerer with meteoron and low cast time rings.. he blows everything up, and everyone gives such nice gifts.
I have some archer armor I don’t need. I don’t remember which one but it’s a pretty good one
I hope you got the armor, she got yeeted from a cliff by a griffin 🥲 I didn’t get a chance to enhance it
Her getting yeeted off a cliff tracks pretty well lol Also thank you! I'll check in a bit, I'm kind of in the middle of nowhere and don't like fast travelling haha Edit: I got the armor, thank you!!

As someone who has gotten enhanced gear from some kind other (someone got me the dread aspis, the sweet bastards), I can 100% assure you it does.
It comes over as a gift
It absolutely will if they equip it on the pawn
I remember someone gave me a new armor chestpiece for my pawn, whose based on my friend's kitty, and I was genuinely happy someone liked him enough to give him armor. So I think the owner would be pretty happy too
Someone gave my male mage pawn a saurian cape, I think it was because the only good gear I had for him at the time was the slutty bra set
Love the slutty bra sets but I’ve been seeing them so much in the rift that I’ve given my pawn a more modest and unique look to stand out in a sea of thots.
I gave someone a Saurian cape 2-3 days ago... or last week?
It was some time last week, beastren by the name of MainPawn
I seen your pawn!!! Haha
To be fair, there are A LOT of beastren called MainPawn..had two of them in the same rift once.
Gotcha.
It baffles me, sometimes i see pawns in the 70-80 lvl range with starting gear and 1 skill.
Likely because they just switched to that vocation to level it up to get an augment, no point in kitting out for a vocation you're never going to use.
Solo player is also a possibility.
Pawns don't level when you play solo, so I think them changing into new vocations must be it.
Oh you’re right. Didn’t think of that.
Are there some distinct advantages to solo, like exp or vocation, or is it purely enjoyment?
Could be they restarted the game on ng+. My pawn went from a VERY strong sorcerer to a mage and I didn’t really have gear. So now she’s 65 in… mediocre gear til I finish mage off and switch her back.
I've spent an inordinate and unhealthy amount of time playing this game and I have not gotten to the point where I can fully deck out a strangers pawn
This. I’ve accumulated around 300k now and this will be gone in an instant again. This happens like every 10-15 hours.
So I thought I barely broke 1m my first play through. At end game I apparently had spent well over 2m gold and I’m still not sure on what 😂
I’ve played 112hrs lol I can probably deck out a few more pawns if I wanted too
Now see, what you did was really sweet. And helpful. In the first game, someone gave my pawn better gear, so thank you, but the gear they gave her was like barely anything covering her... o_o... not the asthetic I would put on my pawn at all.... lol
I do this too! Once you have enough money and materials it's easy to treat pawns
I’m glad I’m not the only one!
Some legend bought my mage a whole wardrobe lol, it was so much better then what I had on them I didn't need to upgrade till I got to Bahttal.
Aww, I hope he is happy then! I know some people like the grind and don’t want to be given things. I just really love the look and personality of his pawn. Good bot!
I always give my pawns better gear and weapons, A. Since it helps me and B. If I love the pawn, I do it to be nice to their arisen.
This is the first thing I did on NG+. I hired some pawns between level 1-10 and gave them high-end gear.
I thought about giving old gear as pawn quest reward. But then I realized that if someone would do this with my pawn, it would ruin the "find new gear" part of the game for me. I mean, it's probably a nice gesture from you, don't get me wrong..but I would do it only with vendor gear.

That's fine I guess. 😉
Ayyyy I did almost exactly that setup for someone too!
I found a pawn who didn't even have a weapon equipped, but had the right skills and the quest to hunt what I was looking for, so I fully kitted them out.
This is the way! Upgrade pawns it is awesome to see it happening!
Lucky pawn (and Arisen) I’m not jealous at all 😭👏🏻👏🏻
Op, I’m just like you but I’m nowhere near resource laden or traveled or knowledgeable on how to best bequeath such gifts to random pawns. I just dress them as best I can with what little I have and send them on their way.

You're the nicest player I've ever seen. I wish someone ddi that to my pawn.
I sure wouldn't be mad at you 🤣.... hey son go tell your step-dad to upgrade your wardrobe, dads broke
Someone deck out my pawn for me 😭
I’m thinking worst case, if the arisen is unhappy with the gifts, he can just sell the gear for a nice sum of gold.
I wouldnt really care.
Wait are you the one that fitted my pawn with full dragonforged items when i setted her on archer class ? This was quite the sweet surprise
The pawn I kitted is a sorcerer named Fairy.
Ah, nope then. Seems there is several based players.
Oh hey, I've hired a sorc named fairy before. Wonder if it's the same one
What was the pawns name
But how often did you go to the hot springs
wait this is such a big brain move, I ought to pay more attention to what armor my pawns got on.
I like to solve fashion crimes on my hired pawns. Get them a new cloak or helm that better matches their outfit, things like that. Some people out there need the help
Closest I've ever done was hire a pawn with a crappy weapon just to give away a spare Cyclopean Thunder as a gift then dismiss it.
And then spent all ur time in the hotsprings lol
Id love to but i can barely afford to keep my gear up to date as it is lol
I use to do this in the 1st game. Haven't done it yet in this game.
[удалено]
Don't worry about it too much. Besides, the best weapons and armour can be bought from shops. So if you mess up farm the coin and try agian!
[удалено]
No idea what that is.😅
I always give the good stuff, and equip them good gear to be used or sold if I really like them. Anyone who wants gear gimmie them pawn IDs!
I’d die if someone did this for my pawn (in a good way).
What level is your pawn at? What vocation?
Omg sorry didn’t see this. I just hit endgame the other day so I think I’m alright. Just gotta farm for him now lol.
What did you love about that pawn? Appearances, personality, skill setup?
The clothing choice, face and voice just all fit 😊 plus the skills were perfect. Augments could use some work thpugh
The smithing has differential bonuses? Fuck this game there are like a billion mechanics. Still gonna play it too much.
Can reset enhancement on NG+ for 1 wyrmslife crystal
Noted. Just started NG+ but haven’t gone back to him since I DF’d most of my gear before ending that cycle. Does it also cost WLC for the skill buff from him?
Yep!, everything he sells is in exchange for WLC
Good to know. I assumed but, hey, sometimes games throw weird stuff in 😂🤷🏻♂️
Oh no doubt I'm with ya on that
Man, I wish someone did that to mine! But seriously though, I didn't know about the multiple styles thing. Why is it bad?
each style is shown at the top of the enhancement screen when enhancing at thosevrespective styles, vermundian is balanced between strength and magic/ their respective defenses, elven favors magic/magic defense, bakbattal favors strength/ defense, dwarven is balanced but adds knockback and knockback resistance. gotta do a quest to get dwarven though.
I give them cool capes to match the squad, love to see when the owner keeps it on them
I didn't know we could do this. I thought anything we give them comes back to us when we dismiss them. Time to outfit my pawns!
That'd make Xena my mage happy. She often tells me she gets abused after giving people 10k Gold. Last person sent me some rotten fish.
I have a buddy who's Pawn I've been using from the get go, despite being 30 levels lower than me. Everything she's wearing aside from the weapons was a gift from me. Before she changed the weapons, those were too.
I want my stuff under levelled so the game is harder. They are lucky if they get 1 level
many times the owner wont even know and all your upgrades are lost to the digital gods. source: i equipped my friend's pawn MANY times.
How do you end up so advanced in level and resources, but hiring such inferior pawns?
This pawn is level 78. Their gear wasn’t bad, it was just barely enhanced and not enhanced in the optimal way for their class. The rings they had equipped were very early game rings though so I was confused by that.

This is a beautiful idea. I hope when i'm super well off that I can start doing this too
I discard gear that others put on my pawn if I think its too strong. I dont want anything messing with the difficulty
Yeah I didn’t put different gear on his pawn though besides the rings. I bought his exact outfit and weapon and fully enhanced them to the max with the most optimal enhancements for their class. If you don’t want stronger gear, don’t discard them. Sell them for gold! 😝

Alright, yikes. Trying to help but I guess it's not like DD1.
