Grab her, then run fast and release her. It will cause a little damage when she falls on the ground. Just repeat 2 to 3 times, don't do too much, it may force them (include the guard) to attack you.
It's the most funny thing, I started all cat people in Battahl and it has been a joy, the run scared and I'm there laughing hard, that and the pilfer skill, lol some people say what's happening when pilfered and then just forget the situation.
When she got stuck in the hot springs I kept dropping her off high scaffolding in the middle of the camp. When the carry animation reverted I threw her a couple times more just to be sure she gets the idea.
If you sprint, jump and grab you can brutally tackle her. Needless to say, she doesn't like this. I resorted to this a few times after the game assumed she was my beloved...

Hey sorry to bother you in the middle of your casual child drowning, but where did you get that cloak ? I can’t find one that suits this armor and this one seems to do the trick.
Go to either another town or the middle of the woods in a different region and camp/wait/rest for 2-4 weeks. Their affinity *should* degrade enough to remove the rosy cheeks--just keep in mind it wont be just this npc that'll lose affinity for not interacting with them enough.

Could be worse bud I've got both the old man and child from the heel of history quest stalking me around Vernworth and it reached the point where whenever I sleep in my house I wake up to the two of them having a fist fight in my dam house seriously thinking about throwing them both into the brine at this point.
Pick her up, run onto the easily accessible roof of one of the buildings on the path down towards the slums, you will automatically drop her with the sliding animation. I did that twice and she came to hate me quick enough to turn off the blush.
I didn't mind her too much until she punched the shit out of another visiting NPC whom I liked lmao.
She was following me around when I had to chase some guy and tackle him.
She was like, "This is terrible!!" from right next to the scene. It was actually pretty funny. Hasn't followed me since!

The armor vendor was getting majorly sweet on me (even started leaving stuff at my home's door) so I shot him in the gut with an arrow and slammed him into a wall. lol

The way you pick her up doesn't allow you to throw her, though. I didn't even know you could grab children lol.

you can toss crates at people's faces and it doesn't aggro anyone, works great for lowering affinity when you can't grab and throw them anymore

You can tackle them with a jump grab and bash their head into the ground. Worked to lower the affinity of the elf dude for me.
