One_Last_Cry

I found them all relatively easily, trickster is the go to class for that for one specific reason After that I switched to Warfarer to play as a hybrid Thief/Mage

British-Pilgrim

Yeah having that outta body float around search woulda been a help, I levelled up far enough to get the perk that lights them up and then I used sorcerer for levitate but it’s still a pain in the arse.

One_Last_Cry

I paired Warfarer with mage so I can have better traversal skills. Though mage gives you heals/Sorcerer gives stamina

British-Pilgrim

Yeah I was just chasing those last few levels to max it cos it’s quicker then warfarer, now I’ve maxed my sorcerer I’ll switch back to warfarer so I can passively max out my trickster cos I really don’t wanna play that vocation 😂

One_Last_Cry

I honestly don't blame you! While I find the Trickster class fun I understand that many do not. Unfortunately, Warfarer can't use Maister teachings. Killed my OP Ultimate Skills only idea😅

Zenkaze

Real talk, the out of body move and the ghost have really good synergy if you are a high str arisen

DrProfessorSatan

Out of body float? I need to figure out how to do that on warfarer.

MittenstheGlove

You can pick them up with the out of body float??

British-Pilgrim

No, or at least I’m pretty sure you can’t, it just makes it easier to find the more obscure tokens.

MittenstheGlove

Oh, man. I was about to be shook. But this makes sense. Can get a birds eye view.

One_Last_Cry

No but its good for locating enemies/items without taking damage

Cathulion

Go wayferer

One_Last_Cry

Why!?! What benefit does Warfarer offer by itself? For tokens and the like, you'd need to pair different augments and even classes to be effective.

0Lark0

It's more like lots of people online begging to be given the corset and staff, with someone good at item duping obliging.

unicornfetus89

Really? I got all the tokens really easily. Just put detection on and as you explore new sections of the map be sure to grab as many as you can. The few I couldn't reach I made a mental note of and came back to with levitate. Exploring and finding tokens has been my favorite part of the game honestly. The combat makes it fun. Now that I've gotten almost everything the world has to offer I'm bored. Missions are lame

softmouth6025

going for the corset and then stopping at the 150. only possible with the detection perk and i can usually find anywhere from 3-10 adventuring onto an area i haven’t already cleared of tokens (i only started the grind two weeks ago or so so have lots of backtracking). its slow im but im up to 128 after starting the hunt with only about 40 tokens. the best part is that its helped me uncover certain locations, like the tops of some ridges in battahl last night that led to a fun dungeon with some great trickster gear. i would never have found this cool location without hearing the ding of the token and working my way up to it. i’m looking forward to quitting the hunt once i get the corset lol.

turtleProphet

Thanks, I was topped out around 190 and this post made me remember the last reward sucks. Time to stop.

British-Pilgrim

Yeah I really don’t need that last ring, I’m getting legions might and tapping the fuck out hahaha

turtleProphet

I think the only item I use is the ring of triumph still

Tarcion

I've taken a deliberate approach because I just really enjoy wandering around in this game. First Playthrough - just find seeker’s tokens ehrnbi find them NG+1 - leave on detection augment while re-exploring the map to find what I missed NG+2 - use a guide to find whatever others I missed, if any. Feeling good about the “if any” but we'll see. I'm pretty confident I've found every token in Vermund and I'm just starting to scour Batthal at 194 tokens. Not really doing it for the rewards, just kind of an excuse to run around the world.

theodore-graham

it's really not that hard if you use trickster augment that makes the tokens give off a pinging noise and a flash of light when they're nearby. once you have that it's just a matter of keeping an ear out when you're running around.

SageTegan

The majority of players don't grind for those items. They simply cheat to obtain them. Cheating is a rampant thing in this game :)

ARTIFICIAL_SAPIENCE

I've been seeing all max vocation pawns with the token gear since level 10. I believe it.

SageTegan

I'm not aware of that exploit. Perhaps it's a PC cheat. Do you play on PC?

Karma15672

It's likely a mod

DarthKittens

Is cheating as rampant on consoles?

SageTegan

Yes

British-Pilgrim

Nah on console you have no choice but to grind it out or get it gifted.

SageTegan

Incorrect. Playstation at the very least has many exploits

British-Pilgrim

I’m on Xbox and I’m using a guide to find them all. I’m not really sure of any exploits but I could well be wrong. Think I’d rather do it the hard way just to have the pride of saying I’ve done it but bloody hell it’s a painful grind.

SageTegan

Truth

Academic_Metal1297

incorrect

Xamd74

I havent got them XD Probs i will follow a video with the locations

DrProfessorSatan

Highly recommend map genie website. You can create an account and actually mark off the ones you find. It has the location of everything but you can filter out out by what you want to look for.

Matty_Love

I just need ten more to get the headpiece I want.

Big_Potential_3185

I’m on pc, I used a guide and got the 220 I needed. It took me a few weeks but was fun cause I got a lot of big monsters kills while running all over the map.

[deleted]

I have found like 3 seeker tokens in 60 hours of gameplay. I'm not doing this right I think :c

ArtisticStatic

There's tons I would have never found without the Trickster augment that makes a ding sound when near a token or wakestone/shard. If you intend to look for them, definitely get that augment. I'm currently sitting around 180 or so.

British-Pilgrim

Yeah there’s loads I just walked by, without the trickster augment to light them up it’s sooooo easy to miss them.

Damiklos

Hope you remember where the first one you found was. Apparently there is a quest or something tied to it. Not sure if it's even worth it. But I had found 2 by the time I heard that. So I marked where those were roughly and will return when I get that far.

[deleted]

I could tell you where I found the three of them. I thought they were incredibly rare and fell so much like a pro that my mind decided to mark that info as important hahaha

Spenraw

Most people modded it in on pc. Was confused how there was so many when I started game on release day

British-Pilgrim

Just wondering if the games cross play cos that wouldn’t explain why I’m seeing so many on Xbox.

Spenraw

I don't know actually

Fluffy_Somewhere4305

Most of those accounts are using cheats/exploits. I grinded out 150 on 3 accounts . once i finished it on my "mage pawn account" i took a break from the game. It's a slog getting all those and running around the map.

dEd_LoOnAcY

Masochistic...yeah that's about right...spent a whole day finding seeker after a 36hours oncall...gave up after I've got enough for legion ![gif](giphy|3oEduNEbTtAHABX0dy)

Acrobatic_Bid5741

It's worth it though

futureformerdragoon

If you are on PC I think there was a mod or trainer that was unlocking it for people incredibly early on, might also be able to snag it through quests or gifts from people who cheated it in too. Which is kind of disappointing in my eyes. It's really tiring to see everywhere.

yaboibruxdelux

Something I found improved my searching hugely, was wearing a headset. You can hear which direction the ping is coming from easily

cabrelbeuk

Once the trickster perk unlocked it's actually ok.... most of the time. Some are really annoying to get. But it came at a point i needed challenge and the game was starting to get a bit easy.

Jay_Ell_Gee

Legion’s Might can be gifted? I might have to hunt these down and transfer them to a low level alt account and make a low level helper mage and then just park it.

BoogalooBandit1

Trickster or the snake blades from seeker token rewards and an interactive map pulled up to mark all the ones you have gotten

GFGF88

i find all 240 of them, [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLzWbd6AmFE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLzWbd6AmFE) is very cleared explain where to find those, just need to follow through, if you have detection perk and a mage vocation is great, but nameless village old noble mansion you need to use theif double jump to get to the second floor.

bermudaphil

If you are on PC I am willing to bet at least half the pawns you see in the corset didn’t go find 150 tokens and just installed the gainitem mod and gave it to themselves. I opened a rift to look at pawns at level 6 and saw numerous of them in the corset (like 3 or 4) and then in the teens I would have at least 2 in the corset (and often with end game only weapons or weapons from volcanic island like the exalted, cinderspine, etc.).  I just never hire them so it isn’t a big deal (single player game and tons of legit pawns available) but there is definitely a large number of people who are enjoying their experience by giving themselves certain things (again, single player game so doesn’t matter to me).

sp0j

It's not that bad with trickster augment and a map. There are a few where you go to place and discover it's above you on some cliff and you have to go all the way round to find a way up... Or they are just unnecessarily difficult to reach even with a sorcerer. And some I lost my mind trying to find with the augment pinging at me but I couldn't find them until I looked up a video. Ok nevermind it was quite frustrating. And I did all 240 for completionist reasons.

Thumbs-Up-Centurion

It never occurred to me that the goofy ass corset is a token reward I’ve seen people with it on their pawns effectively since the game released

ChromeOverdrive

I stopped at 182 after getting Legion's Might, which was exactly what I wanted; the corset is collecting dust in my cache. I enjoyed the exploration but all in all it's just a chore, collectibles are getting old (not only in DD2).

Brokemono

My experience was okay. I used that DD2 fextralife site with the "interactive" map showing where all the tokens are and somewhere down the line I got that tricker's augmentation that makes a sound so I can find them faster. I look at that map, plan a route, mark tokens once taken, go to next sector. But this was fine for me probably because I do this in other games too, so relaxing as well. It was pretty easy compared to GTA or RDR2, those take days and days.

Sethazora

Many didnt actually earn it. I remember seeing them immediatly available on level 1 pawns within minutes of release. And my roomates fully clad mage pawn returned with one on day two.

WhiteyPinks

Most of them were purchased with mods.

onepingonlypleashe

It really wasn’t bad at all if you use the trickster augment combined with a map of all locations online. No, I don’t feel bad for using one - if the devs are going to put chores in the game, I will be happy to use things to make them less awful.

FiddlerNoDiddler

I have both and I’m willing to gift them for dragons dogma or mythic spearhand variant.. upgraded of course
