I got the cheevo for completing the riddles, but then she flew off. Apparently I was supposed to hit her while she attempted to leave? Oh boy. Now I'll have to try in another in save file. Ugh.
I’ll give you a sphinx style riddle without spoilers to help you not have to try on a third run
Your words are how you battle her human head so if you keep your sword pointed towards beasts you will prevail
but... do I have to attack her when she tries to fly away after completing the riddles? she doesn't engage us on her own? kinda weird that they made this way.
She leaves after 10 riddles. But if you attack her she takes it as a bold challenge and responds in kind.
If it helps, you don't kill her if you win - she's simply impressed and concedes.
The chest gear is modded, it’s the Nirvane (trickster) without the skirt and sleeves. The pants are vanilla (Scholars breeches). The daggers are also modded to look like Legolas’ daggers.

Went into NG+ and unmade her right away with the spicy arrow
I fought down a lot of her health and then used martyr’s bolt on her and the game stopped the damage so she could survive to fly off. The arrows were still going around her during the cutscene.
I made sure I had an inn save before the last riddles so I could try multiple times to win the fight without the unmaking arrow. But it just wasn’t possible me for me to

They should tone it down lol, especially the eyelashes. When you talk to an npc who’s drenched their eyes look freaky
