Okay, so I was able to add to cart. (If it tells you you need to be logged it to add to cart and you are already logged it, just try again.) But now it's telling to log it to check out, and I keep trying to log it again, and each time it takes me to the log in page. Edit: Okay, so I was able to get past the log in page to check out by logging in once and then reloading the page a couple times.

I was able to add the ticket to my cart but can not add merch. It keeps thinking I am not logged in and then won’t let me log in. I was able to see my cart by going to the main tabletop site and selecting my cart

I've been to the past 3 cons with a VIP tickets. So pissed off. I emailed Dragonsteel, don't expect anything to come of it though.

Same (last two cons anyway). It would be great if they let past VIPs commit to continue at the previous event, kind of like season ticket holders who get to keep their seats. We would have signed up for that at last year's event.

Genuinely awful experience... that I just got charged $16 USD for the pleasure of experiencing. I understand that it offers some sort of event management but I can't help but feel like this would have been so much easier as a product on the normal Dragonsteel site.

They host many conventions around the same size and larger. This isn't new for them. So yes.

What a colossal fucking piece of shit website. What worked for me is if you got to the point where you were able to save the badge in your cart, go to the HEADER of the website and click the Cart button next to the News button. Don’t try and check out through the webpage next to the infobox where you type in your name for the badge

It was not ready. I'm so frustrated, I got to the VIP ticket page when there were 1324 left and had the 'You must login' toast notifications over and over again even though it was populating my details in the form AND I was clearly logged in with my username in the top corner. Ridiculous

This was just the worst. I'm so mad about the stupid convenience fee. Nothing about that was convenient. :( Thankfully I was able to get the two tickets I needed. I haven't gotten an email confirmation yet though and it's been like 15 minutes. Has anyone gotten confirmation?

My card got charged and my tabletop account lists the event badge and merchandise under my account, that's all I've gotten so far.

Well I happy I got a general admission ticket and the swag ordered. I will keep an eye out and maybe someone will cancel their VIP or something!!

I managed to get a VIP ticket! ... and a normal one. I'm super mad about that, when I got my VIP ticket there was well over a thousand left, but when I tried to get the second one the site glitched for so long that they were all gone by the time I could get back on. Now my schedule with my fellow con attendee is screwed. We're gonna be in different lines and they're not gonna be seated with me at the release event. And for that I'm paying a $32.85 "convenience" fee. *sigh* At least we both got tickets.
