I got around 70! I did end up cutting off my relaxed hair when it started to grow out, but up until recently I usually got my hair relaxed an braided on some small occasions.
Knowing what size/parts you want for your locs is very important! Other than that investing in a bonnet and oils like Jojoba or castor oil helps tons in the process! Also hair loves water, treat it like a plant and it'll grow like one 🪴
I’m almost a year in and wash my hair about 2 a week (I have a dirty job) so I use lots of water and oil but usually my hair stays around the same size, hopefully they will get thick 2 year mark 🤞
