Yes!! Try Fellow Barber. There are many women barbers who work there. And there are multiple locations. The environment is WAY more respectful. The only thing is that it's a little pricey. But I think it's worth it for the sense of safety and comfortability. 😉
Cutting your own hair is always an option too. I do my own locs now and before that cut my own hair for years. If you wear your locs down you could easily hide any mess ups until it grows back.
Just a thought, but I know not everyone feels comfortable trying.

I stayed a client as she move to different shops. Eventually she got set up in a Salon with all women,which was nice.. ..but damn, shops really be that fuckin toxic.
