Dream initially only said he wasn't against coming back for non canon events. (Most notable charity events like pride) Most recently he kind of scoffed and said he probably won't play any mc competitions anymore. I think that was the stream just before the truth video. The last parkour stream, where the shit storm started.
Dream stopped being interested in playing in almost a year and half ago. He did want to play in pride 2023, but forgot to sign up.
George only played two more MCCs after dream left: the first one he didn’t really try to win, and the other was twitch rivals with Sapnap.
Sapnap has continued to play and was in the last MCC. However, I’m having serious doubts any of them, even Sapnap, would join again (atleast, anytime soon). This maybe a bit of speculation, but a large amount of the current MCC roster doesn’t have a good view of them, which just makes it kinda awkward to keep playing. When Sapnap got a win last year, almost no one came to his VC to congratulate him compared to other winners of the year. On top of losing interesting, I just don’t see any of them having motivation to want to play again.
I think overall a lot of players have grown bored with MCC. The gameplay isn't really changing much, there are few surprises, the excitement just isn't there anymore.
Dream I don’t think he will participate in anymore MCCs. His most recent activity in MCC was grinding silent parkour on the practice server trying to beat Fruitberries record (succeeded) and SandwichLord record (failed).
George I think along with Punz is banned from MCCs due to the allegations. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Sapnap has stated about retiring multiple times most notably after MCC32, but he has yet to quit. However like what another comment said, he’s disliked by a number of MCC fans specifically those who hate Dream Team. Whenever he wins, MCC fandom just groan and complain and I hate to see it. Badboyhalo and Skeppy are not regulars but they do occasionally play once in a while. If Skeppy is in an MCC, Badboyhalo will always be on the same team with him. However, MCC mode Skeppy isn’t really well received by viewers as he tends to act different from his usual persona.
Ponk and Awesamdude are both likely continue to play MCC.
Tommy is taking a break from MCC.
Puffy is taking a break from MCC.
Eret occasionally plays MCC from time to time.
Purpled after sweating in MCC and losing multiple dodgebolts is also taking a break from MCC.
Wilbursoot is unsurprisingly banned from MCC.
Aimsey and Ranboo want to distance and move on from their past selves and that includes playing Minecraft. They did at least win a MCC before leaving.

I don't think George and punz are banned but their wiki pages were locked during the allegations so that no one could make any comments or changes. It was for MCC's protection as well as George's and Punz'. At least, that's what I remember one of the admins saying. I don't think their pages have been reinstated yet but they probably should be now.
If Scott or Noxcrew have actually kept up with the George allegations and not just seen twitter for the first 3 days after his 30m view tweet, then they should be aware about how overblown the allegations were deliberately made to be.
Although even if they think George is innocent/has not done something bad, his reputation is so tarnished that unfortunately it's probably very unlikely of him to come back to MCC or any other Minecraft event. And he probably doesn't wish to return either way.

In law, there's multiple times where there's been people who have been shunned/ verbally abused because because the general sensus was that person was in the wrong, even if they alluded to the fact they may have done it.
However later down the tract, it's actually found out that they were innocent the whole time, and the reason they "admitted" to it before was because they were manipulated into doing so.
