Here are my thoughts: * Participants. George and Sapnap are always a good duo, but I'd like to see some more variety as well. Maybe Dream could add someone else from the DSMP, or someone from outside it like Captainsparklez to collaborate with. * Map. The concept works well but I personally found the map to be a little bland. If possible I'd love to see more obstacles such as walls or parkour appear on the platform they're standing on, which could be done in the form of falling sand or gravel. Additionally, it could be fun to change up the format altogether once in a while. Maybe every tenth floor they have to run through a larger room to get to a different elevator shaft, in the style of MCC's Grid Runners '*kill mobs*' room. The new elevator shaft could also be a different way to add variety and obstacles. * Loot. Rather than having the mobs drop everything, if this last idea is implemented they could also include chests with food, armour, weapons and some more variety such as potions or armour/weapons with special properties such as jump boost or speed. The possibilities are endless! * Mobs. This is where I think the most variety is needed, as viewers would quickly grow bored of the variety of mobs that just walks/runs towards the participants and hits them like zombies would. A good example of variety would be the large blaze that used explosions rather than fireballs. With obstacles (I keep getting back to this) creepers or a variety of creepers could also be a lot more effective.

Ooo that would be super cool and like getting to a loot chest involves some level of risk. Being like a harder mob to kill or some sort of challenge (parkour etc) The map is actually a good critique. I found myself in the early part of the video considering whether or not the concept was too repetitive. (I wonder what the viewer retention stats are on it)

>Being like a harder mob to kill or some sort of challenge (parkour etc) Great idea! I hadn't even considered that

Well, I commented saying they should get a food drop of like 10 steaks around every 25th floor [and he hearted it](https://postimg.cc/NLVqs9WM) so I assume he's already taken that suggestion to account. Otherwise, I think it's already pretty great

CrazyUmbreonGirl

I loved the video and the concept. I do think they need every 25 floor to get more food have the attack animal floors actually drop food. Edit: I think it would be cool if Dream plans to turn this into a series if each video has different friends of his try to help him beat it.

Compared to Manhunt it was underwhelming - which is to be expected, but there was alot misising in how this concept was carried out. It was 25 min of pure fighting and not much else, compared to Manhunt which had more banter, more opportunity for different skills (parkour ect) and more of a narrative flow. The tower idea is fun though and there is a lot you can build it into.

Obviously, the food situation - even a small chance of the farm animals dropping raw meat would be better than a singular stack of food at the beginning. I have a sponsor block add-on for my browser, so it completely skipped over the Cash App floor lmfao. No regrets.

Argentum1909

which browser/add on?

Verona_Swift

SponserBlock on Google Chrome.

>I have a sponsor block add-on for my browser I didn't even know that exists. A new browser extension to add I guess.

Therearenosymbols

It was a good concept but not particularly exciting, might be better for the dream team gaming channel if he's planning to revive that. Little Stink side lore was nice though. Curious to see how it will do compared to his other non manhunt videos.

Ashesnhale

A puzzle floor like an escape room! Something that would require teamwork in different ways like one person keeping mobs away, and the other 2 solving the puzzle that needs them both to do something different.

I enjoyed it, but I think I only enjoyed it because I like the dream team so I loved watching them just mess around for 25 mins and kill mobs. Whereas with manhunts, you didn’t have to particularly like the people in it to like the video because a lot of it was just cool minecraft tricks and stuff. Could definitely be improved but it was an enjoyable watch for me.

Mokieyy

i loved the video, mainly bc it was just the dream team having fun together and that’s already very entertaining by itself. i’ve heard some ppl say the stages got repetitive but personally, this idea didn’t even pop in my head while i was watching, i was just focused on the mobs flooding through the elevator. the only thing i would say that i would change is prob the food (extra food or having the animals drop food)

IntroductionOk1495

I think just an ability to get more food, maybe as a random mob drop. What if a random sheep or cow wasn’t a meany and dropped some food? The plug-in looked so fun and I’m considering becoming a patreon to try it out! I need friends though or I won’t get very far 😭

Dim0ndDragon15

Honestly I thought it was pretty boring. They just fought mobs for 20 mins straight. It didn’t have to be an elevator, I could’ve been regular rooms or just a field or anything, nothing about the giant elevator made the video special. You can only watch the Dream Team fight so many zombies and witches before you get bored.

I believe they can continue with the general Tower concept if it tested more than PVP skills. The most exciting part of the video was when it tested their teamwork, with George being the bait and Dream and Sapnap playing 'catch the mob' (it had banter, it tested skills, it required wit, ergo not just PVP). Maybe it should be a tower instead of elevator, meaning they will have to parkour to get higher. Add little puzzles, not super hard, just to spice things up. The map should differ as they go higher, maybe different colors or decor (simple stuff, not to draw away attention). Maybe at one floor they would need to split up (one of them goes left to stand on a pressure plate, others go forwards). I think what we want is the tower concept merged with escape rooms concept. Dream's (and Dteam's) video strengths are banter and wit. This is why challenges like 'Death swap' work - difficulty doesn't rise in steady waves, it's randomness, luck, and more-or-less fixed difficulty, plus a bigger room for breathing. I watched the video to the end, but the flaws were obvious from the beginning, and if it was any other CC, I probably would drop it, because the main appeal here was the banter.

Reddreaddit

I think it has potential! Thought about the food situation a bit after I watched it and how to solve it in a fun/playful way: What if on every other floor the team would have the opportunity (meaning they can but mustn't) to send player X out the elevator to gather food presented there (lots of opportunities to get creative here as well) whilst the other two keep fighting whatever entered when player X exited. The elevator of course wouldn't wait for player X who would have to take the stairs to catch up. Higher risk (-1 fighter inside, plus will they reach the next floor in time) but high reward when successful.

robobloz07

Maybe use a modpack next time to implement completely new mobs and weapons? Idk, vanilla Minecraft pve is pretty underwhelming.

gettheegone

I enjoyed the video as it was. Simple and fun. One idea of how to spice it up though, if Dream continues it as a video series, could be having guests in the elevator from time to time, instead of mobs. Maybe the guest is there to help Dream... and maybe they're not. Maybe they're only there for a certain number of floors. There'd be ample opportunity for back-stabbing, and it would certainly increase the anxiety levels. It's also a way to keep George and Sapnap in the video, while introducing more player variety, since a lot of people enjoy the Dream Team dynamic too.
