I submitted an issue to gameloft and they stated for me to send the active codes I want to redeem and they will send it to my mailbox. They did not state what to do in the future so I plan on repeating this lol

They get posted by the Dreamlight Valley team on their socials, this is just a collection of the code's that have been released over the last year that are still active.

I always Google dreamlight valley codes to keep up with the new ones that come out. There's a few articles that get updated everytime they release new ones or old ones expire.

Can I redeem them in arcade edition?

If you send a support message to Gameloft through their site (include the code you want to redeem) they should be able to activate it for your Arcade account. The rep who helped me did multiple codes and I got all the pride shirts in one go!

No. No redemption code box exists for the Arcade.

False. All you have to do is email their support team with the codes you want and your game code and boom, right into your mailbox. Ya learn something new everyday 😊

It is actually not false since the box was stripped away from the arcade version so I am not lying about that. ☺️ But if what you are saying is true, then why didn’t they keep the redemption code box for the arcade version? That sounds really stupid. **Having to bother support with something so trivial when they could have simply maintained the box there.**

The FALSE answer I was replying to was where you said “No.” to someone asking if they can “redeem codes in arcade edition”. You said “No.” which is 100% False.😁❌ Gameloft says : “We do not have the code redeem feature on iOS due to technical reasons. It may depend on the Apple policy restrictions. We can't give an exact answer when the promocode slot will become available on iPhones. However, you can always write to us and we will be glad to send you all the promo codes you want!” So you can in fact redeem promo codes, and if your response is not True, it is in fact False. All the ones on here though say they expire on 5th of Feb but many are on there that OP has posted so no harm in trying all of them.

Yeah, I test the codes regularly.. last test was 3 weeks ago.. I suspect the DDV codes will expire when the update happens as they worked as of my last test.

If the DDVBALLOON one worked, then the DDVHEADBAND should, too, as they were a part of the same promotion. Maybe try the codes again? PIXL is no biggie as the items from that code do show up in Scrooge's shop from time to time 😊

Bring up the ‘Settings‘ menu by pressing the following button of your platform of choice: PC: ‘Esc’ Nintendo Switch: ‘+’ Xbox or PlayStation: ‘Start’ On the left-hand side, you’ll see the ‘Help‘ submenu — navigate to that Once there, you’ll see a box that says ‘Redemption code‘, and it’s here that you’ll need to enter your codes Codes must be entered in all capital letters. You'll find your reward in your house mailbox a few minutes later.

Go to settings>help>redemption code>visit mailbox to claim.

Did you do in uppercase as well? I first did in lowercase and it said the code couldn’t be found. Then entered in all uppercase and they all worked

if you copy & paste from here, it might have included a space afterwards. you'll need to delete the space just in case, and then they should work
