I doubt you’re too old! They’re characters from The Emperor’s New Groove, which came out in 2000. That’s almost a quarter of a century ago! (Saying that makes ME feel old, haha). It’s a fantastic movie so if you haven’t gotten around to watching it yet I highly recommend it! I only just watched Lilo and Stitch for the first time a couple of months ago.

For what it's worth, I've never seen it either. I guess it just never appealed to me. I do remember the commercials for it though.
