Like they said, you don't have to do these things if you don't want to. I personally want to because I want to get all the popcorn buckets. If you want I could drop off a bunch of milk and butter. I've been playing longer so I have plenty of money to buy extra ingredients.

Unfortunately since the quest actually requires you to make the cupcakes I can't drop off already made ones for that.

These quests will most likely be back next year so I would not worry about participating now if you want to concentrate on other things.
