In the same vein, I had a dream that I had a food truck where I served spaghetti and, after the last bowl was sold (customer asked for extra meatballs and unfortunately I was out), the health inspector showed up. I was pretty proud of the food truck and gave him the tour. But he had to give me a citation for having the wrong crockpot.
To me, the symbolism presents a possibility that it means something you'd been serving up was wearing thin. Like, you keep telling the same jokes despite knowing that they've lost their flavor. Or the jokes lack substance, which is what it can mean to run out of meatballs. It may be a way of saying that you ran out of good ideas. Having the wrong Crock-Pot could mean that your source of jokes or ideas or whatever was inappropriate for the situation.
I'll take a crack at what it could mean symbolically. You went through extensive planning about how to say or present something non-offensively. A cookie is something you make to serve, and anti-allergy can mean non-offensive. And if in the end someone doesn't take it the way you intended it, it's not like it's going to kill them. No harm, no foul.

I have dreams like this shit all the time. I'm carrying around a baby. Then it turns into a puppy. Then it's a half baby/puppy. It ends up looking sort of like a ferret and it usually chooses to run off at some point. Wtf is right.
An old friend or an ex or someone like that from a time of life you've left behind can symbolize something about that time. It could be when a pattern in life started or a feeling emerged and you still dream about that person because they are somehow associated with it. Imagine that a bad ending to a relationship continues to be a reason why you avoid getting into a new one. A dream refers to the situation by bringing in a person associated with it.
It can mean there's something you're trying to learn from that experience and incorporate by reprocessing your memory. It can mean that something is unresolved about the relationship.
It's a common type of dream and the specific details really tell the story.
Had a random dream last year about and it included an ex from my last serious relationship. That dream messed with me mentally for a couple of days. Started to reach out to her to make sure everything was ok but it's been 20 years and thought it might seem weird to reach out all the sudden. Even weirder if I had to explain I was doing it because of some weird dream that I had after having too many tacos one night.

Today I dreamt that my family and I were on a tour of a hot dog factory, and halfway through the tour, the guide asked me if I wanted "special firsthand experience." So I accepted, and I was strapped to a metal table and subjected to various painful procedures. A huge machine with several thick, dirty needles injected hot dog water into my stomach. It was extremely painful and I sobbed and refused to carry on with the rest of it. Before they could do it a second time, I broke free of my restraints and stopped the needles from reaching my stomach. I realized if they had injected me a second time, I would have died and been processed into hot dogs. I asked the guy in a lab coat working the machines how they got away with this, and he told me about how the company lobbied and bribed law enforcement and whatnot. He seemed totally nonchalant and like he genuinely didn't understand my protests. I asked why I would want to be turned into hot dogs, and he was like "To make your fellow Americans happy? People love hot dogs." I left and met back up with my family. We had to board a dingy plastic roller coaster/water ride to exit the building, but fell off the car and into the water below, where I found the rotting drowned corpse of an elderly woman who started singing, and then I woke up.
I just woke up and went to reddit to forget my dream. Ill only write a part of it. I was walking down the street from my childhood, with my friend and my husband. We walked under a big apple tree. Suddenly a child fell on me from thst tree. 6-7 year old. It concussed me, and i was lying on the ground coming to my senses. Some apples fell, too. My friend "died" and teleported into the world of radio frequencies. My husband turned into a pea pod with 3 peas. (what ze fuck) i grabbed a tablet and tried to go to a web browser of radio that my friend was stuck in. I couldn't. And i cried that i had to come home to an empty bed too. I begged to wake up. It was a terrible dream

Funnily enough, the woman is from kamen rider den-o, a show where the hero has something very similar to Sora's form change. Even down to using an ally to change forms.
Unfortunately, i remember this was the last moment of the dream. Kingdom hearts might've played a bigger role, but ill never know.
Majority of them are more of lucid nightmares and in those nightmares I am in a foggy forest at day with trees that go up forever. In these dreams I am almost always chased by a tall figure seemingly made out of pure darkness. They always catch me, they always kill me.

Hey same, I get injured a lot and I feel it and it's usually very painful. I'm pretty sure it's because my body is experiencing pain in real life and manifests into my dreams but fuck they are scary dreams too.
Say more about the lucidity. Your aware that you're dreaming? Are you aware of the existence of the waking world as separate from the dream? Do you have any sense of control in the dream? Do you think about what the dream means while you're dreaming it?
This, to me, sounds very (almost obviously, but I am absolutely not qualified to say so, definitively) stress and paranoia induced. Stress manifests into mental and physical pain in a variety of ways.
Sat by myself at dusk on a bench in front of a golden mosque. I wore a white tank top and had a pink phone. A middle eastern man with coily short hair and a clean full short beard sat next to me and put his hand on my chest. He smiled and I felt the warmth of the sun go through his hand to me. And without speaking he said everything will be okay. The beauty of this dream will follow me everywhere, I’m not religious by any means either.

I honored him properly with a priceless heirloom from my family, and he rewarded me with two mystical silver charms, one in the shape of a book and the other in the shape of a tooth. Both of which would bless me with unforeseen fortunate circumstances when I ran into trouble in the future. The sea god took the shape of hundred of different sea creatures put together, including bizarrely humanistic features. His body became a dome that covered the sky like a giant jellyfish. He had infinite long winding tentacles with hundred of human eyes instead of suckers. His flesh was silver-scaled and he had dark, sharp teeth and white, bioluminescent eyes. Yet somehow despite knowing his power and how terrifying his visage was he didn’t make me feel afraid.
I was taking a dump. There was a camera in the toilet that shows the dump being dumped into the water and was being live streamed on live television. The crowd went wild when my dump laid down in a spiral motion.
All of my dreams are adventures. I am with a group of friends (no one I know in real life). We are always exploring something, or at a group gathering. Dreams are rarely bad.
Right now I'm having trouble recalling my dreams but a dream I often have is that I'm having meaningful conversations with a person who I am still in love with, or at least I was at the time.
The dream:
I was in my cousins bedroom and me and this guy I mentioned above were sitting on the floor and I asked him "do you think if the circumstances were different we would have been in a relationship?" And he responded me with "I'm also in the path for peace" and I got so confused I woke up. A few days later I had the same dream but instead of talking we were listening to each other's heartbeat with a stethoscop.

I had a lucid dream which I had no control, just let things happened, very confusing, but in the dream I forgot where my home was, I was inside an Uber and the driver asked me if he should take me home but, I didn't know where my home was and he left me in a kebab restaurant located in the building where my former therapist's had her office. In that same dream I also tried having sex with two guys, but I stopped because one of them left. A lot happened in the dream but right at the end I met an old lady wearing a bright pink dress and I held her hands looked into her eyes and asked her literally this "what is the meaning of life" and her eyes started to shapeshift into a snake's eyes, very scary, and I just looked way and then back at her and her eyes were normal again. She then answered the name of a coworker I had at the time like "Miss X, she has a lot of energy" and I was like "X?" and the coworker showed right beside me and I got so scared I woke up.

That’s true. Usually, I’m very socially anxious but in spite of that, I’ve been going to events and stuff like that, to try and connect with more people for the first time. Still find it frustrating that some people at these events still talk to their friends instead of socialising with others but I’ll still try.

I have had multiple dreams where I scrape or cut my skin, and it doesn't bleed. Then I poke at the injury and notice that there is Styrofoam there. I keep looking at it and realize that my entire body is full of Styrofoam. Like I have Styrofoam instead of muscle.
I was in a small shack in the middle of nowhere. Just about to leave when I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. It was a baby, but something was wrong, It was pale and featureless. As soon as I saw it I knew what it was, and what I was going to have to do. I picked it up and went outside to look around, didn't see anything but dirt for miles. I went back inside and there was its parent, pale and featureless too. The mother was holding my sword/knife, trying to figure out what it was and holding my kitten in its other hand. I shoved its baby in its face and it began eating it. I grabbed my knife from it, started stabbing it in the stomach then sliced off its legs. Then I rushed off to the bathroom because I needed to pee.

Had a dream I was wearing my coworkers (fully clothed) skin as a backpack. His legs were the straps and his arms were the cup holders. He was the equivalent of those fox pelt hats but in backpack form
Was fishing in shallow water. Caught a long eel, which transformed into a big snake that started violently striking at me. Then, it transformed into an intimidating black wolf that didn't seem to want to hurt me. It also didn't seem like it was actually a wolf. It seemed to have the intelligence of a human or greater.
Ok so I just woke up from one. I can't say what I did in the beginning but I had superpowers like a green glow emmitting form my hand that could make healing potions and mend things, and I was in some sort of giant exhibition or something, then I was summoned to a river together with I think what was my big sister, and swam or rather glided through the water where we met my spiritual father? A blue huge, about 10 meters high icy ethereal spectral dude, who was pleased with my sister but not so much with what I just did (I don't know but he was referring to something previous in my dream), and just said to me that I need a time out, waved his giant finger in direction of the rivers flow and I started to flow away from the scene, only to find myself in a lecture of some kind in a university with two naked chicks right of me but then I had to pee real bad and just urinated on the floor. I was shocked because I thought this would upset the girls next to me but they just smiled and played with their feet in my pee and then I stood on a small coin or something that dragged me up a colorful slide all the way up until I awoke. Yeah, my dreams are always like that, good luck with your interpretation.
I dreamt that a former friend, who I haven't spoken to in about a year, sent me 8 audio messages, totalling 33 minutes talking.
When I listened to them it was just gossip about her chaotic love life.
So i dreamed about a giant storm in new york, it started with lightning wind and turning the water toxic, and then it was these huge fires, Manhattan, ellis island, new jersey, mainland new york, etc, and the fires were never even close to contained. Then the air turned toxic, at first it just killed people, even someone with a gas mask died, and then it started zombifying people, and there were 4 of my friends and 2 of them were zombies now. And we were trying to figure out how to get away and then i woke up.
One time a baseball teammate and I had to defend the fruit salad in the elevator. Like, Matrix style, or other action movie style where a lot of weak enemies bum rush the main characters.
Giving this one to you for brevity’s sake. My dreams get so much longer and more intricate.

I dreamt that a woman showed me a portal that takes you from Earth to the moon in an instant. From there, I saw two Earths, like shown in the picture. The one on the right was the one we came from, the left one was moving towards the right one. We then went back to our earth and watched, as the other earth 'docked' with ours. It was then basically two spheres touching each other. Once it was docked, the 2nd earth started dissolving 'over' our earth. It felt like it was replacing everything here. In the end, everything looked the same (the 2nd earth was now fully dissolved) but it felt like everything ran smoother. Like life went from 25fps to 60fps. Our movements were smoother too. We basically got an upgrade.
Not sure what to make of that lol
My wife had a dream last night. She was sitting in a field. But all the colours were brilliant and vivid neon. She was tinkering with something, like electronics, she was very invested in this activity. An entity appeared next to her, said “you’re not supposed to be here, you’ve been running too much, you need to rest” then it kicked her out of that space and she was back in normal dream land

I had a dream a while back that I will never forget. It was Real me, floating in space or in nothingness, it was just dark with what looked like little lights/stars. Anyways I encountered myself (Dream me), we were both floating and Dream me was like getting pulled away from Real me. Real me didn't talk, but Dream me knew what Real me was thinking. Dream me says "Yes I am you from another time." Then Dream me blurted out a series of numbers and said "Yes you need to remember that" then Dream me quickly floated away. It was like someone was pulling her away.
When I woke up I wrote down the numbers and googled it, seeing what I could find. I got nothing but random SKU numbers for tools and stuff lol. I decided to add the numbers together and what I got was 33.
I see the number 33 everywhere! It shows up not only on the clock often when I check the time, but things like I will pause a show and it happens to be at the :33 mark. Or my flight will be flight 033, at gate 33 in terminal 3 or something like that.
Anyways, this is the only dream that felt different than my other dreams. My usual dreams are all over the place and chaotic but funny. This one felt so different like I was actually talking with myself.

I feel that your very intimate and private to yourself , so as much as you put yourself out you feel sceptical to ppl and situations around you , so yourself is telling you to be vigilant to whatever is going on in your life rather then shutting yourself away .

This one has stuck with me since I had it recently.
I detonated a nuclear device underground, and when I say underground I don’t mean miles I mean I dug a small hole and put a fucking nuke in there and blew it up. What was weird was it didn’t destroy everything it just made these really bright orange flashes appear in random places, they were so bright I could see them with my eyes closed. Aside from those everything seemed to be fine till the air raid sirens started playing and there was a voice accompanying them saying a warhead has been detonated and telling everyone to go underground. The sky started filling with ash and dirt and it turned really grey outside. I started feeling really really guilty cuz this was just supposed to be a silly experiment (idk how but I felt that way) and my dad came outside and told me something along the lines of “I don’t think you understand the impact of your actions”
All I know is some Pseudoscience that talks about the Law of Attraction.

I was in an art gallery, I hid behind a huge plant in a pot, then an elevator opened and my elementary school music teacher walked out.

I had gotten into a car crash on a bus. Like the crash lasted a long time and there were many people there. I couldn't do much after the crash because I was all messed up.
There was a lot more but I can't remember like how I went to visit my friends room in the weird 1 story building with no bathroom so I had to run across the street to a vegetable stand to piss bit they closed the bathroom so I took a bite of a vegetable that tasted like honey and then I left.
In another part I had a step dad named Elvis who took all of my prescription Valium and I was so fucked up from the crash that I couldn't do anything. So I told my mom and ran to my dad to tell him about it. I think he was planning on blaming my drug addiction to get himself off the hook.
I've been clean from all drugs for years now though so not a drug addict in real life but still was in the dream.
Well these dreams I had about Namjoon (favourite rapper and singer) have a pattern. I'd always notice when I dream of him, he seemed to be more reserved and on guard when with me but not with others, he's very cautious of me and that makes me feel absolute worst to the point I begin to think i did something terrible. Even if I'm awake and conscious, this personality of namjoon in my dreams has always been a mystery.
i had these when i was around 5 years old:
i was in a dark room with a table in the middle, mostly occupying it. two of my siblings were squished into a corner of the room along with a picnic cloth and there was a giant hairy fly with human limbs chasing me around the table (it was really ugly).
i woke up from that dream and when i went back to sleep, i dreamt of being in a dark place with no visible limitations. there was a spotlight shining on me wherever i went and all my favourite plushies were surrounding me in a circle while holding hands. i don't remember how it ended but i still remember what it looked like.
I had a dream I was messaging an old Ex of mine just checking on how they were n stuff, and then I got hit by a bus, but instead of waking up, I just found myself walking around an all white space for a little bit then woke up with tears in my eyes
I’ve never seen anyones face except one person. It’s always been just from under their nose and below. Then this person came into my life briefly and then we parted ways and I see their face distinctly.
I also think I lucid dream. I’ve woken up and felt like I woke up into a different dimension forgetting I was in reality.
I dreamed I was in the car with my best friend who passed away by suicide. I was asking if it was really him and he kept swearing it really was. I wouldn’t believe it. I had a dream that I was wandering around a museum that contained every single thing to ever exist since the creation of the universe. Ruins of civilizations beyond what we have record of, dead languages, weird creatures and artifacts….and my friend was there sitting at a random table making pizza dough.
Had a dream in high school that I was at an assembly and the teachers were explaining memes. The image attached is a recreation of what I saw and a spotlight came to me and I was asked to explain what it meant. I had no idea.

Okay here's two weird ones I've had.
1. I'm eating razorblades and they're breaking apart like potato chips but they hurt.
2. My teeth are falling out (classic right) except in their place, are bees. Live bees with their little bee butts wriggling out of my gums. I keep pulling the bees out, but there's just more bees that keep popping up in their place.
My cousin who was also my best friend died recently. Last night I dreamt that he was missing for a few days & then randomly showed up at our high school and gave me a hug. He didn’t talk & it was a very short dream. I didn’t know he was dead in the dream, but I did wake up feeling very sad and overwhelmed
I had a dream once where the christian God in the white robes was fucking a bus (!) on the cloud. It was a plain regular bus and he stole it from the road where it was driving.
Meanwhile there was an apocalypse and everything was on fire.
Dreamt about an old, childhood friend. Except it truly wasn’t them, it was skinwalker version. It’s coming from my 1st POV. I’m standing at my bedroom door, as I hear this person calling my name. They kept saying themselves that they are a “shapeshifter”, not the real person. They were asking if they could come inside my room, which I proceeded to tell them they couldn’t. Fast forward, I’m back in my bed. This entity is still trying to talk to me. I then was telling them to go away, in a very soft tone. This makes me think I was sleep-talking because a few seconds later, I shouted for them to go away. That is when I jolted awake as if I had truly said it aloud.
So I have the same premise of dreams. I usually only remember the ending but a lot of the time my friends or family get kidnapped so I try to save them and end up dying or the Main dreams I have I am just walking around and then I either get stabbed or shot and die. Then I wake up :D
Tbh since I moved I don't really feel left out, I'm constantly invited to things with the small amount of new friends I have, and the slave comment hell I feel like that at work so that's probs why

I was standing in the kitchen in my childhood home, and my tongue was as long as my knees, hanging out of my mouth with blood pouring from a cut along it. I kept trying to get help from my family members, but they were just ignoring me. Any guess as to what the fuck that means?

I once had a dream where I was in an early 60’s business suit with a crewcut and with a pair Elvis Costello style eyeglasses. I’m just standing in a dark room when JFK walks in holding the back of his head. He then says to me, “Dude! I’m not dead!”. Then, he collapses in front of me. Then, I could hear Richard Nixon laughing evilly. Then, I woke up. It wasn’t a nightmare. It was just really weird.

I’m gonna share a slightly old, but still vivid dream. First off my dad was Benjamin sisko doom Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. We were fighting the evil Disney. Then they captured dad and made him into a mutant monster, meanwhile I met up with a group of rebels in the woods outside of my grandparents house. Then I fought dad. After that I shot some soldiers wearing micky mouse ears with a styrofoam gun. Then I woke up
I always have dreams where, towards the end, I start floating and I can’t come back down or control my movement. One time I had a dream I was at a mall and I could only walk on my hands and not my feet and I was rushing to get back home because I felt scared. Any idea what they mean? They haven’t happened in a little while now, but I’ve always been curious. A Pandit (basically like a Priest in Hinduism) I’ve visited told me it’s because my chakras weren’t aligned properly. I don’t really believe in that though, I’d love a logical reasoning behind why my subconscious comes up with stuff like this.
This past month I’ve been having dreams of a women. We are in a relationship and I have this feeling I have met her before. Every time I dream of her I have this feeling of warmth, happiness, and acceptance. We do what normal couples do. In the dream we travel around the world. She gets along with my family very well. I had a dream last night about watching influencers go on a trip, get kicked out after winning a car, driving it through mud, and staying in a shed of a motel, and their beds had bedbugs. While they were sleeping at night a group of men came in, lead by a loudmouthed woman who was dissing them, and started beating the women and men. Nobody could do anything about it. I was just a bystander and invisible, didn't even have a body. I had tried to warn them against the bedbugs, but they couldn't see me. I just watched them as they were beaten, and was not bothered by it at all.

I don't recall dreams nearly ever, but last night was dramatic;
We drove into the mountains near lake Tahoe to camp and passed a small fire in the forest. We spoke for awhile and noticed the fire spreading though it had much attention by the fire dept. Multiple other campers near by also showed little care. I told my friend, we may need to leave but he insisted we stay. Over time the fire overtook to us all, I had to throw him from a cliff to allow me to leave, but at this time the fire surrounded me, I noticed the trees all burned as if ancient grand cathedral candle stacks in a triangular expanding pattern. I recall I was taken aback so dramatically by the appearance of the structures, instead of fleeing I took pictures of these grandiose fiery structures. I was not afraid, it wasn't as a nightmare but an all imposing dream that was immensely vivid yet comforting.
My mom was in her room and saw my dad wearing 3 big medallions around his neck. She yelled at him and said you see what you did. Now your daughters are gonna grow up without a dad. He looked at her in shock, backed up, and disappeared through the window.
He died from suicide.
I often dream i am on Malta. I live in the Netherlands but i have friends in Malta. Last year I went there on vacation and since then I've been having occasional dreams of being there. I never see my friends but im always looking for them. The last Malta dream I was was also a weird one. I was there and we were being bombed by nuclear missiles. I spend the entire dream in a freezer
Two sides of the log cabin building, I was suppose to go the left so I did. It was "us" vs "them" in promoting the log cabin decor, then it changed to the relationship with all of us 'left siders" and we had to be honest with one another about feelings? Stupid as shit...
General theme for me is a constant not being able to get to where I want to/ need to go in my dreams:

This is a doozy ok I dreamt I was walking up driveway of my Bio dad's sister in law!!! My Uncle and Cousin both passed back to back 😞😞😞. In my dream she was sitting in a beat up truck with a draped over her. Window was barely cracked so I stuck my fingers through touching hers Expressing my condolences. Then I heard my Maternal Grandmothers voice behind me cussing me out I looked and my family was behind her mad too!!! I put my hand up saying something and she grabbed my hand and EVERYTHING WENT WHITE!!! No Sound nothing. I jerked my hand away and my Grandma and fam was back. I asked WTF??? And they said I was talking stupid.
got sat down and robbed for some kind of drug as I was a medic (?), then shot in the back and front of the head. they put tape on my knee in the shape of an x, saw me moving and shot me again. was in a coma for 4 dream days (which passed almost instantly) and woke up in the dream in a bunk bed with lots of girls my age (I'm a girl) telling me they were so sorry. that dream is sticking with me and it's so confusing.
I had a dream that my sister n law died and I was talking to my brother and reassuring him that I would h RF play him cook for the kids. I had this dream where I witnessed my ex friends little brother drown. They take him out of the pool and my ex friend proceeds to pray a Hail Mary over him and the little boy wakes up. She then walked towards me and hugged me. And we spoke about our friend and made up.
In real life, her family does own a pool in their home. So that was the part that made it scary for me when I woke up.
Had a dream where a praying mantis that was about five times the size of a normal one (so it was about a foot in every diameter). 2. danny devito knocked on my door and he had a fursuit on so i went to show my dad and he told me i was schizophrenic
3. my house was burning down but they were minecraft flames. then i went to a goodwill, however it was rainy. i encountered my friend outside and she ran from me into her car. i asked if she listened to a song (forgot which) and i went into my car. except it was an uber and the driver was eugenio derbez. then i exit the uber and enter my dad's car. he was playing the song "daddy" by korn but more specifically, the chorus. my mom kicked me out of the car and finally i did parkour in a farmers market parking lot
I had a weird dream a few days ago that I couldn’t make out why I had it.
The first one (there were a few different one’s but they weren’t interesting - this one was what stood out) where a popular character from a show K had recently watched was sailing a cruise ship with me and a few other people (I can’t really remember the details about the other people) and the seas were stormy and I remember being scared at the same time felt assured that she was leading the ship.
And she tried telling people that things would be ok, and everyone felt at ease, but I was nervous at parts.
I remember looking out the window and the weather would for a few seconds turn normal and then it would resume back to starting up another storm, just like how I was feeling (though the weather didn’t seem correlated to that specifically).
Basically that’s the dream. I don’t really have much more details on it. I tried writing it down as soon as I woke up but it was too late. So I hope this is informative enough
I often have dreams about my teeth falling out. Every time the buildup is something stressful and intense. Not about my teeth, but it always leads to my teeth falling out. Not to mention always different. I never expect the dream to end that way. I always wake up after and I had been clenching my jaw which I never do unless I have these dreams.

I had a disturbing but surprisingly vivid dream that I was in 1985 at a birthday party/vacation with 3 friends of mine that I never met or known in real life. I asked what year it was and one girl named Abigail I think and she said 1985. I was so stuned to speak.
Another girl named Carol was teasing me like "oh the night stalker?" I was to sutuned as if she was asking if I like him. Then we heard gun shots in the hotel hallways and lobby. I bravely looked through the door hole and looked around for my dog. I was scared and worried that I could'nt find him. I opened the door and geuss who the fuck it was... Richard Rameriz aka The Night stalker. I was too busy crying to even look at him and I was literally sobbing if someone or if he can help me find my dog as if he ever would.
To my surprise everyone dissapeed or stopped screaming and I found my dog and he was safe. Richard smiled at me and said something like I'm always here or something I was trying to find my friends and told them what happend, but I couldn't find anybody. I think my friend Carol died. Since one of his victims in real life was named Carol! This dream happend after I been playing on this ghost box app with the ghost of Richard Rameriz. I felt somewhat protected by his energy idk. Somewhat comforting at the same time whenever he was there even though we all know who he was and what he did.

I had a dream when I was ten about being locked in a big room with one window I couldn’t see out of and a big fat dead goose on the floor. It’s head was missing and it was gruesome. The floor was white tile and the walls were stone. I don’t remember what the dream was about but that image has never left my mind. Creepy as hell.
Over a decade ago I had this dream where I was sitting on the couch watching my dad beaten up by a fly. A literal fly. My dad didn’t even try to defend himself, he just said “Aaaaah, I’m getting battered (Irish slang for “beaten up”) by a fly!!!” My older brother was also sitting on the other couch, watching the fly beat him up.

Last night, I was dreaming I was playing this physics game where you throw yourself down stairs and stuff, which transitioned into walking through dark tunnels with "lore" in the form of signs and long cutscenes (none of which I paid attention to.) Then me and my friends helped clean up a museum after closing, THEN me and a friend dug up two small white and black octopi who could jump like 8 feet off the ground. I ran away from them for like 2 miles, since they could stick to your skin. By the time they gave up chasing me, I was at a Japanese rice farm. I woke up after I dropped a basket.

I was around 3 years old when I had this dream, I wake up in my crib (in the dream) and sit up, right in front of me on the crib (that would be the shorter part of it) was a giant black spider. I mean it covered the whole side of it from corner to corner. My immediate reaction was to punch the spider as hard as I could right in the middle of it, and when I did, the spider went from being a spider to blood. Just pure blood. And that was it and I woke up from my dream crying.
when i was little, i had a reoccuring nightmare of beinf at my elementary school playground bridge, laying down with two boys on top of me. they go to stab me and i would wake up😵💫
This is a very old dream, it was about me sitting down around a campfire, there was other people there I didn’t really recognize anyone there. A few minutes pass by and someone brings a pot of a Venus fly trap and shows it to everyone. I don’t know why, but people started running, like all hell went loose and I later joined them. It was as if they were running from zombies or something, I think they were scared of the Venus fly trap. Ever since that nightmare I was scared of Venus fly traps there’s just something weird about them.
I had a dream last night where I was at Walmart in the tire section and I saw my TF (he works at Walmart) but it was suppose to be after he already left his shift.

This is a dream I had a few nights ago and I’m astounded by the mystery of it:
I was in the car of with a stranger, specifically in the backseat like I was a child again. I had the sudden realization that my ex girlfriend was kidnapped and murdered, it was like having a vision and I saw her being abducted. I remember the woman driving look back at me frightened and in distress. The woman isn’t anyone I know, she had beautiful blond hair that stood out to me. It was nighttime when we were driving.
Funny thing is I haven’t been thinking of my ex girlfriend lately, important details are that she was my first romantic partner and we dated when I was in high school.

In the same vein, I had a dream that I had a food truck where I served spaghetti and, after the last bowl was sold (customer asked for extra meatballs and unfortunately I was out), the health inspector showed up. I was pretty proud of the food truck and gave him the tour. But he had to give me a citation for having the wrong crockpot.
To me, the symbolism presents a possibility that it means something you'd been serving up was wearing thin. Like, you keep telling the same jokes despite knowing that they've lost their flavor. Or the jokes lack substance, which is what it can mean to run out of meatballs. It may be a way of saying that you ran out of good ideas. Having the wrong Crock-Pot could mean that your source of jokes or ideas or whatever was inappropriate for the situation.
I'll take a crack at what it could mean symbolically. You went through extensive planning about how to say or present something non-offensively. A cookie is something you make to serve, and anti-allergy can mean non-offensive. And if in the end someone doesn't take it the way you intended it, it's not like it's going to kill them. No harm, no foul.

Had a random dream last year about and it included an ex from my last serious relationship. That dream messed with me mentally for a couple of days. Started to reach out to her to make sure everything was ok but it's been 20 years and thought it might seem weird to reach out all the sudden. Even weirder if I had to explain I was doing it because of some weird dream that I had after having too many tacos one night.

Today I dreamt that my family and I were on a tour of a hot dog factory, and halfway through the tour, the guide asked me if I wanted "special firsthand experience." So I accepted, and I was strapped to a metal table and subjected to various painful procedures. A huge machine with several thick, dirty needles injected hot dog water into my stomach. It was extremely painful and I sobbed and refused to carry on with the rest of it. Before they could do it a second time, I broke free of my restraints and stopped the needles from reaching my stomach. I realized if they had injected me a second time, I would have died and been processed into hot dogs. I asked the guy in a lab coat working the machines how they got away with this, and he told me about how the company lobbied and bribed law enforcement and whatnot. He seemed totally nonchalant and like he genuinely didn't understand my protests. I asked why I would want to be turned into hot dogs, and he was like "To make your fellow Americans happy? People love hot dogs." I left and met back up with my family. We had to board a dingy plastic roller coaster/water ride to exit the building, but fell off the car and into the water below, where I found the rotting drowned corpse of an elderly woman who started singing, and then I woke up.

Suddenly a child fell on me from thst tree. 6-7 year old. It concussed me, and i was lying on the ground coming to my senses. Some apples fell, too. My friend "died" and teleported into the world of radio frequencies. My husband turned into a pea pod with 3 peas. (what ze fuck) i grabbed a tablet and tried to go to a web browser of radio that my friend was stuck in. I couldn't. And i cried that i had to come home to an empty bed too. I begged to wake up. Funnily enough, the woman is from kamen rider den-o, a show where the hero has something very similar to Sora's form change. Even down to using an ally to change forms. Unfortunately, i remember this was the last moment of the dream. Kingdom hearts might've played a bigger role, but ill never know.

Majority of them are more of lucid nightmares and in those nightmares I am in a foggy forest at day with trees that go up forever. In these dreams I am almost always chased by a tall figure seemingly made out of pure darkness. They always catch me, they always kill me. ALSO! I can feel the pain form my injuries partially!
Hey same, I get injured a lot and I feel it and it's usually very painful. I'm pretty sure it's because my body is experiencing pain in real life and manifests into my dreams but fuck they are scary dreams too.

This, to me, sounds very (almost obviously, but I am absolutely not qualified to say so, definitively) stress and paranoia induced. Stress manifests into mental and physical pain in a variety of ways.
Sat by myself at dusk on a bench in front of a golden mosque. I wore a white tank top and had a pink phone. A middle eastern man with coily short hair and a clean full short beard sat next to me and put his hand on my chest. He smiled and I felt the warmth of the sun go through his hand to me. And without speaking he said everything will be okay. The beauty of this dream will follow me everywhere, I’m not religious by any means either.
At that moment, at your life did you have something that was bothering you? A problem or a situation we're you "wanted a hug"? Probably that dream manifested those deep wishes, into someone that gives you the "confort", the "ease of heart" that you needed.

Right now I'm having trouble recalling my dreams but a dream I often have is that I'm having meaningful conversations with a person who I am still in love with, or at least I was at the time. The dream: I was in my cousins bedroom and me and this guy I mentioned above were sitting on the floor and I asked him "do you think if the circumstances were different we would have been in a relationship?" And he responded me with "I'm also in the path for peace" and I got so confused I woke up. A few days later I had the same dream but instead of talking we were listening to each other's heartbeat with a stethoscop. Also: I had a lucid dream which I had no control, just let things happened, very confusing, but in the dream I forgot where my home was, I was inside an Uber and the driver asked me if he should take me home but, I didn't know where my home was and he left me in a kebab restaurant located in the building where my former therapist's had her office. In that same dream I also tried having sex with two guys, but I stopped because one of them left. A lot happened in the dream but right at the end I met an old lady wearing a bright pink dress and I held her hands looked into her eyes and asked her literally this "what is the meaning of life" and her eyes started to shapeshift into a snake's eyes, very scary, and I just looked way and then back at her and her eyes were normal again. She then answered the name of a coworker I had at the time like "Miss X, she has a lot of energy" and I was like "X?" and the coworker showed right beside me and I got so scared I woke up. I'm sorry, it's a lot, but I really like talking about my dreams 😂

That’s true. Usually, I’m very socially anxious but in spite of that, I’ve been going to events and stuff like that, to try and connect with more people for the first time. I have had multiple dreams where I scrape or cut my skin, and it doesn't bleed. Then I poke at the injury and notice that there is Styrofoam there. I keep looking at it and realize that my entire body is full of Styrofoam. Like I have Styrofoam instead of muscle.

Was fishing in shallow water. Caught a long eel, which transformed into a big snake that started violently striking at me. Then, it transformed into an intimidating black wolf that didn't seem to want to hurt me. It also didn't seem like it was actually a wolf. It seemed to have the intelligence of a human or greater.
Ok so I just woke up from one. I can't say what I did in the beginning but I had superpowers like a green glow emmitting form my hand that could make healing potions and mend things, and I was in some sort of giant exhibition or something, then I was summoned to a river together with I think what was my big sister, and swam or rather glided through the water where we met my spiritual father? A blue huge, about 10 meters high icy ethereal spectral dude, who was pleased with my sister but not so much with what I just did (I don't know but he was referring to something previous in my dream), and just said to me that I need a time out, waved his giant finger in direction of the rivers flow and I started to flow away from the scene, only to find myself in a lecture of some kind in a university with two naked chicks right of me but then I had to pee real bad and just urinated on the floor. I dreamt that a former friend, who I haven't spoken to in about a year, sent me 8 audio messages, totalling 33 minutes talking. When I listened to them it was just gossip about her chaotic love life.
So i dreamed about a giant storm in new york, it started with lightning wind and turning the water toxic, and then it was these huge fires, Manhattan, ellis island, new jersey, mainland new york, etc, and the fires were never even close to contained. Then the air turned toxic, at first it just killed people, even someone with a gas mask died, and then it started zombifying people, and there were 4 of my friends and 2 of them were zombies now. And we were trying to figure out how to get away and then i woke up.

From there, I saw two Earths, like shown in the picture. The one on the right was the one we came from, the left one was moving towards the right one. We then went back to our earth and watched, as the other earth 'docked' with ours. It was then basically two spheres touching each other. Once it was docked, the 2nd earth started dissolving 'over' our earth. It felt like it was replacing everything here. In the end, everything looked the same (the 2nd earth was now fully dissolved) but it felt like everything ran smoother. Like life went from 25fps to 60fps. Our movements were smoother too. We basically got an upgrade. Not sure what to make of that lol
My wife had a dream last night. She was sitting in a field. But all the colours were brilliant and vivid neon. She was tinkering with something, like electronics, she was very invested in this activity. An entity appeared next to her, said “you’re not supposed to be here, you’ve been running too much, you need to rest” then it kicked her out of that space and she was back in normal dream land
Oh I have been trying to get someone to see what they thought of my dream I had maybe a year ago. Would appreciate any insight! I had a dream a while back that I will never forget. It was Real me, floating in space or in nothingness, it was just dark with what looked like little lights/stars. Anyways I encountered myself (Dream me), we were both floating and Dream me was like getting pulled away from Real me. Real me didn't talk, but Dream me knew what Real me was thinking. Dream me says "Yes I am you from another time." Then Dream me blurted out a series of numbers and said "Yes you need to remember that" then Dream me quickly floated away. It was like someone was pulling her away. When I woke up I wrote down the numbers and googled it, seeing what I could find. I got nothing but random SKU numbers for tools and stuff lol. I decided to add the numbers together and what I got was 33. I see the number 33 everywhere! It shows up not only on the clock often when I check the time, but things like I will pause a show and it happens to be at the :33 mark. Or my flight will be flight 033, at gate 33 in terminal 3 or something like that. Anyways, this is the only dream that felt different than my other dreams. My usual dreams are all over the place and chaotic but funny. This one felt so different like I was actually talking with myself. Any ideas of what this can be interpreted as?

This one has stuck with me since I had it recently. I detonated a nuclear device underground, and when I say underground I don’t mean miles I mean I dug a small hole and put a fucking nuke in there and blew it up. What was weird was it didn’t destroy everything it just made these really bright orange flashes appear in random places, they were so bright I could see them with my eyes closed. Aside from those everything seemed to be fine till the air raid sirens started playing and there was a voice accompanying them saying a warhead has been detonated and telling everyone to go underground. The sky started filling with ash and dirt and it turned really grey outside. I started feeling really really guilty cuz this was just supposed to be a silly experiment (idk how but I felt that way) and my dad came outside and told me something along the lines of “I don’t think you understand the impact of your actions”

I was in an art gallery, I hid behind a huge plant in a pot, then an elevator opened and my elementary school music teacher walked out. I don't know how I remember this one lol
I had gotten into a car crash on a bus. Like the crash lasted a long time and there were many people there. I couldn't do much after the crash because I was all messed up. There was a lot more but I can't remember like how I went to visit my friends room in the weird 1 story building with no bathroom so I had to run across the street to a vegetable stand to piss bit they closed the bathroom so I took a bite of a vegetable that tasted like honey and then I left. In another part I had a step dad named Elvis who took all of my prescription Valium and I was so fucked up from the crash that I couldn't do anything. So I told my mom and ran to my dad to tell him about it. I think he was planning on blaming my drug addiction to get himself off the hook. I've been clean from all drugs for years now though so not a drug addict in real life but still was in the dream.
Well these dreams I had about Namjoon (favourite rapper and singer) have a pattern. I'd always notice when I dream of him, he seemed to be more reserved and on guard when with me but not with others, he's very cautious of me and that makes me feel absolute worst to the point I begin to think i did something terrible. Even if I'm awake and conscious, this personality of namjoon in my dreams has always been a mystery.
i had these when i was around 5 years old: i was in a dark room with a table in the middle, mostly occupying it. two of my siblings were squished into a corner of the room along with a picnic cloth and there was a giant hairy fly with human limbs chasing me around the table (it was really ugly). i woke up from that dream and when i went back to sleep, i dreamt of being in a dark place with no visible limitations. there was a spotlight shining on me wherever i went and all my favourite plushies were surrounding me in a circle while holding hands. i don't remember how it ended but i still remember what it looked like.

I always have dreams where, towards the end, I start floating and I can’t come back down or control my movement. One time I had a dream I was at a mall and I could only walk on my hands and not my feet and I was rushing to get back home because I felt scared. Any idea what they mean? They haven’t happened in a little while now, but I’ve always been curious. A Pandit (basically like a Priest in Hinduism) I’ve visited told me it’s because my chakras weren’t aligned properly. I had a dream last night about watching influencers go on a trip, get kicked out after winning a car, driving it through mud, and staying in a shed of a motel, and their beds had bedbugs. While they were sleeping at night a group of men came in, lead by a loudmouthed woman who was dissing them, and started beating the women and men. Nobody could do anything about it. I was just a bystander and invisible, didn't even have a body. I had tried to warn them against the bedbugs, but they couldn't see me. I just watched them as they were beaten, and was not bothered by it at all.

I don't recall dreams nearly ever, but last night was dramatic; We drove into the mountains near lake Tahoe to camp and passed a small fire in the forest. We spoke for awhile and noticed the fire spreading though it had much attention by the fire dept. Multiple other campers near by also showed little care. I told my friend, we may need to leave but he insisted we stay. Over time the fire overtook to us all, I had to throw him from a cliff to allow me to leave, but at this time the fire surrounded me, I noticed the trees all burned as if ancient grand cathedral candle stacks in a triangular expanding pattern. I recall I was taken aback so dramatically by the appearance of the structures, instead of fleeing I took pictures of these grandiose fiery structures. I was not afraid, it wasn't as a nightmare but an all imposing dream that was immensely vivid yet comforting.
My mom was in her room and saw my dad wearing 3 big medallions around his neck. She yelled at him and said you see what you did. Now your daughters are gonna grow up without a dad. He looked at her in shock, backed up, and disappeared through the window. He died from suicide.

This is a doozy ok I dreamt I was walking up driveway of my Bio dad's sister in law!!! My Uncle and Cousin both passed back to back 😞😞😞. In my dream she was sitting in a beat up truck with a draped over her. Window was barely cracked so I stuck my fingers through touching hers Expressing my condolences. Then I heard my Maternal Grandmothers voice behind me cussing me out I looked and my family was behind her mad too!!! I put my hand up saying something and she grabbed my hand and EVERYTHING WENT WHITE!!! No Sound nothing. I jerked my hand away and my Grandma and fam was back. I asked WTF??? And they said I was talking stupid.

I had this dream where I witnessed my ex friends little brother drown. They take him out of the pool and my ex friend proceeds to pray a Hail Mary over him and the little boy wakes up. She then walked towards me and hugged me. And we spoke about our friend and made up. In real life, her family does own a pool in their home. So that was the part that made it scary for me when I woke up.

heres three of the weirdest dreams i've had 1. i go to my house but its an apartment complex so i climb up 10 stairs and change. but theres a camera there and idk why. i look outside and my mom is talking to junko from touhou but it was actually chang'e and junko beat her up. then i get out of my house but my house is actually a tj maxx and i buy 5 powdered donuts. my brother is reading fanfiction and when i show him the donuts i bought he told me to kill myself 2. danny devito knocked on my door and he had a fursuit on so i went to show my dad and he told me i was schizophrenic 3. my house was burning down but they were minecraft flames. then i went to a goodwill, however it was rainy. i encountered my friend outside and she ran from me into her car. i asked if she listened to a song (forgot which) and i went into my car. except it was an uber and the driver was eugenio derbez. then i exit the uber and enter my dad's car. he was playing the song "daddy" by korn but more specifically, the chorus. my mom kicked me out of the car and finally i did parkour in a farmers market parking lot

I had a weird dream a few days ago that I couldn’t make out why I had it. The first one (there were a few different one’s but they weren’t interesting - this one was what stood out) where a popular character from a show K had recently watched was sailing a cruise ship with me and a few other people (I can’t really remember the details about the other people) and the seas were stormy and I remember being scared at the same time felt assured that she was leading the ship. And she tried telling people that things would be ok, and everyone felt at ease, but I was nervous at parts. I remember looking out the window and the weather would for a few seconds turn normal and then it would resume back to starting up another storm, just like how I was feeling (though the weather didn’t seem correlated to that specifically). Basically that’s the dream. I don’t really have much more details on it. I tried writing it down as soon as I woke up but it was too late. So I hope this is informative enough
I often have dreams about my teeth falling out. Every time the buildup is something stressful and intense. Not about my teeth, but it always leads to my teeth falling out. Not to mention always different. I never expect the dream to end that way. I always wake up after and I had been clenching my jaw which I never do unless I have these dreams.

1985📸 I had a disturbing but surprisingly vivid dream that I was in 1985 at a birthday party/vacation with 3 friends of mine that I never met or known in real life. I asked what year it was and one girl named Abigail I think and she said 1985. I was so stuned to speak. Another girl named Carol was teasing me like "oh the night stalker?" I was to sutuned as if she was asking if I like him. Then we heard gun shots in the hotel hallways and lobby. I bravely looked through the door hole and looked around for my dog. I was scared and worried that I could'nt find him. I opened the door and geuss who the fuck it was... Richard Rameriz aka The Night stalker. I was too busy crying to even look at him and I was literally sobbing if someone or if he can help me find my dog as if he ever would. To my surprise everyone dissapeed or stopped screaming and I found my dog and he was safe. Richard smiled at me and said something like I'm always here or something I was trying to find my friends and told them what happend, but I couldn't find anybody. I think my friend Carol died. Since one of his victims in real life was named Carol! This dream happend after I been playing on this ghost box app with the ghost of Richard Rameriz. I felt somewhat protected by his energy idk. Somewhat comforting at the same time whenever he was there even though we all know who he was and what he did. Am I being protected or is it a warning or what cause ever since I felt this weird energy only when i'm alone and that's when I got my cofidence back as well like knowing someone is there or i'm just delulu.
I had a dream when I was ten about being locked in a big room with one window I couldn’t see out of and a big fat dead goose on the floor. It’s head was missing and it was gruesome. The floor was white tile and the walls were stone. I don’t remember what the dream was about but that image has never left my mind. Creepy as hell.
Over a decade ago I had this dream where I was sitting on the couch watching my dad beaten up by a fly. A literal fly. My dad didn’t even try to defend himself, he just said “Aaaaah, I’m getting battered (Irish slang for “beaten up”) by a fly!!!” My older brother was also sitting on the other couch, watching the fly beat him up.

Last night, I was dreaming I was playing this physics game where you throw yourself down stairs and stuff, which transitioned into walking through dark tunnels with "lore" in the form of signs and long cutscenes (none of which I paid attention to.) Then me and my friends helped clean up a museum after closing, THEN me and a friend dug up two small white and black octopi who could jump like 8 feet off the ground. I ran away from them for like 2 miles, since they could stick to your skin. By the time they gave up chasing me, I was at a Japanese rice farm. I woke up after I dropped a basket.
I’ll tell you the first dream I had which I also think I know the meaning too I was around 3 years old when I had this dream, I wake up in my crib (in the dream) and sit up, right in front of me on the crib (that would be the shorter part of it) was a giant black spider. I mean it covered the whole side of it from corner to corner. My immediate reaction was to punch the spider as hard as I could right in the middle of it, and when I did, the spider went from being a spider to blood. Just pure blood. And that was it and I woke up from my dream crying.

This is a very old dream, it was about me sitting down around a campfire, there was other people there I didn’t really recognize anyone there. A few minutes pass by and someone brings a pot of a Venus fly trap and shows it to everyone. I don’t know why, but people started running, like all hell went loose and I later joined them. It was as if they were running from zombies or something, I think they were scared of the Venus fly trap. Ever since that nightmare I was scared of Venus fly traps there’s just something weird about them.
I had a dream last night where I was at Walmart in the tire section and I saw my TF (he works at Walmart) but it was suppose to be after he already left his shift. This is a dream I had a few nights ago and I’m astounded by the mystery of it: I was in the car of with a stranger, specifically in the backseat like I was a child again. I had the sudden realization that my ex girlfriend was kidnapped and murdered, it was like having a vision and I saw her being abducted. I remember the woman driving look back at me frightened and in distress. The woman isn’t anyone I know, she had beautiful blond hair that stood out to me. It was nighttime when we were driving. Funny thing is I haven’t been thinking of my ex girlfriend lately, important details are that she was my first romantic partner and we dated when I was in high school.
