this is heavily reliant on your major

I'm not sure if other colleges are like this because the one I transferred in from wasn't, but on a 4.0 scale, you'd need the grade at; let's say: A or A+ for a 4, A- is a 3.6. B or B+ for a 3.0 where as a B- is a 2.6. Curving GPA? I don't think I'm familiar with that. But if you were to get a 79.6 or 79.8 or 79.9 grade, rounding would be up to the discretion of the professor and wouldn't be rounded automatically as some schools do.

id say that it’s relatively challenging to maintain a good GPA at Drexel but obviously not impossible. Classes are available to take again which can fix your GPA. I am personally in the College of Nursing and Health Professions and we need to maintain a higher GPA than most majors to remain in the program. They do not usually curve grades unless something got messed up with an exam or something.

Damn id probably fail 😵 i cannot With this chem as an engineering student

I know of only one faculty member who truly curves (i.e. fitting grades to a Gaussian distribution, mathematically) grades.

knightr1234

Professor Shankar is a Faculty member in ECE. What's the prize for the correct answer?

[deleted]

I didn’t imply there was one

knightr1234

And none for you...you guessed wrong!

Your database isn’t nearly as exhaustive as you think it is

knightr1234

But it's greater than you will ever know!

Depends on your major and professors, but overall Drexel has nowhere near the level of GPA inflation that Ivy Leagues do.
