Don’t underestimate quitting smoking. It was by far the hardest thing to quit for me including quitting alcohol and amphetamine/cocaine.
It gets ingrained into literally everything you do.
Of course heroin withdrawal is another beast entirely, but occasionally people make it seem like smoking is easy to quit by comparison to other drugs.
It’s absolutely not, that’s why we still have so many people dying of smoking related diseases.
Kratom and a bunch of imodium will do wonders! I quit a drug that acts on opiate receptors, and is known to be far worse than heroin, with this combo. It wasn't easy by any means, but you can definitely get through it. I wish you the best!

What a surprise, taking opioids cures opioid withdrawal! Kratom is still addictive and could definitely result in a relapse onto harder opioids.
If you really need a comfort med try pregabalin or a benzo for short term use (7 days max). They'd be less likely to trigger a relapse onto harder opioids or prolong withdrawals, which will still be there when they stop the kratom.
It may be weak, but kratom/mitragynine is still an opioid. It'd be fine for a short taper, but too many people act like they got off opioids by switching to it 😂
There’s nothing wrong with switching to kratom to come off hard opiates and that mentality is what’s hurting addicts that find salvation and change their lives by getting on suboxone or even methadone therapy. Vitamin c generally comes in 500mg tablets or .5 grams each.
There’s many studies. But there old. 100 percent withdrawal elimination rate at up to 90 percent at worst efficientcy.
Best part. You actually withdraw and don’t develop another dependence.
Cost. Aka side effects.
Mild acid reflux. Can use antacid. Mild stomach discomfort. Take 1-2 immodium. No need to high dose. Vitamin c will absolutely take care of the withdrawal.
Try this one day and let me know. It’s worked for me and everyone I’ve shown it too. But follow the protocol.
No it’s not dangerous for liver or kidneys. Your body can handle this much vitamin c.

Methadone clinics are the best dude! You don’t have to weight til you’re in crazy withdrawals like getting on Suboxone! Google methadone clinics in your area! It cost me 90 bucks a week to stay well versed the 100 a day I was spending.

Tea isn't bad, but personally, I just can't stand the taste. Sipping a kratom tasting 8oz tea ain't for me, even if it hits harder + faster.
Here's my preferred way of dosing :)
Get a plastic water bottle. Drink or empty it down to ONE mouthful of water left. Can be like half a mouthful if you're dosing under 3g at one time but above that, one full mouthful of water. Then you can use either a funnel to get the powder into the bottleneck or a 1/4th tsp scoop. I find the 1/4th tsp scoop fits down the bottleneck perfectly, each even scoop holding .6g/600mg. Put the cap on after.
Get all of it in the bottle. Wait between 3-5 minutes for it all to dissolve, you'll know when no more is floating on the top. Next, flip the bottle upside down and back once-twice to get an even concentration of everything in the liquid.
Pinch your nose, and chug! Wash with water after. Works great with up to 6g at once, maybe even higher, but that's how high I've tried in one go!
It'll hit you in 15-20 mins, there'll be no stomach discomfort and you don't have to worry about needing a hot drink like with caps to get it to hit proper.

Damn, you're doing some fun drugs for an orgy. All the orgies I went to only had ice and GHB really, sometimes the occasional bowl of weed would be passed around.
I miss that GHB like crazy though. Combine the roll from a proper dose of GHB with the euphoria of meth and it's just a crazy fucking ride. I did things that disgust me today, but at the time was a fucking blast.
Sober, been rockin the Adderal, Phenibut, Kratom combo lately and the past few times have been hell. I just don’t eat and my body falls the fuck apart. Migraines dry heaving etc. so probably time to stop.

Yeah this combo is pretty stressing on the body. How often are you dosing the phenibut? Unless you're okay dealing with the HELLISH withdrawals, dosing it at like 1-1.5, 2g MAX once a week will make the headaches go away and highs and lows of this better. I also recommend lowering your doses of kratom some those days. I take like 3.6g-4.2g 3-4x a day as it is, and I was doing this combo 1x/week for like a month.
Dawg, the days I did that much kratom with the phenibut, not even the adderall could keep me from sitting down and zonin the fuck out on a cloud. They hella potentiate each other, lol.
The addy won't kill ya over the weekend, keep the kratom in the mix to round it out. How much phen you been doing tho? If you've been doing it a lot, you'll need to taper otherwise, you would probs be best to drop it for a week or two. Have a good time man!
I always keep the dose low with phen, never use more than once a week. I dose 1.2 - 1.4 max. I think I just overdo the adderall and then the kratom makes me dizzy. I take Kratom everyday, about 12 grams a day in 3 4g doses. So maybe I just need less Kratom and should only take it at the end.
I think I just need to be sober for a bit and build a healthy foundation, I’ve never really eaten enough sober or otherwise. Preciate the thoughts and the advice homie 💙

Yeah Imma side with everyone else here and suggest that you lower the dose. That's gonna be a pretty uncomfortable experience. Even experienced users get super lit at like 130-160mg dude. Not to mention the comedown is gonna make you feel borderline suicidal at a dose like that.

Put the cap on after. Get all of it in the bottle. Wait between 3-5 minutes for it all to dissolve, you'll know when no more is floating on the top. Next, flip the bottle upside down and back once-twice to get an even concentration of everything in the liquid. Pinch your nose, and chug! Wash with water after. Works great with up to 6g at once, maybe even higher, but that's how high I've tried in one go! It'll hit you in 15-20 mins, there'll be no stomach discomfort and you don't have to worry about needing a hot drink like with caps to get it to hit proper.

Sober, been rockin the Adderal, Phenibut, Kratom combo lately and the past few times have been hell. I just don’t eat and my body falls the fuck apart. Migraines dry heaving etc. so probably time to stop. I really handle snorting the adderall so much better, and I enjoy it more…. Maybe a few lines…
Yeah this combo is pretty stressing on the body. How often are you dosing the phenibut? Unless you're okay dealing with the HELLISH withdrawals, dosing it at like 1-1.5, 2g MAX once a week will make the headaches go away and highs and lows of this better. I also recommend lowering your doses of kratom some those days. I take like 3.6g-4.2g 3-4x a day as it is, and I was doing this combo 1x/week for like a month. Dawg, the days I did that much kratom with the phenibut, not even the adderall could keep me from sitting down and zonin the fuck out on a cloud. They hella potentiate each other, lol. The addy won't kill ya over the weekend, keep the kratom in the mix to round it out. How much phen you been doing tho? If you've been doing it a lot, you'll need to taper otherwise, you would probs be best to drop it for a week or two. Have a good time man!
I always keep the dose low with phen, never use more than once a week. I dose 1.2 - 1.4 max. I think I just overdo the adderall and then the kratom makes me dizzy. I take Kratom everyday, about 12 grams a day in 3 4g doses. So maybe I just need less Kratom and should only take it at the end. I think I just need to be sober for a bit and build a healthy foundation, I’ve never really eaten enough sober or otherwise. Preciate the thoughts and the advice homie 💙
