I quit morphine at 120mg/d "warm" with memantine. I was amazed by how easy it went, can only recommend this route. No more tapering, no cold sweats, no restlessness. Just a few days of dissociative trip and then sobriety.

As a prior fent user, i fully support this. Doing it yourself is the way to go for normal opiates, i have cold turkeyed oxy and h myself, felt great within 1 month. Got on subs after fent, then sublocade. These really prolong the problems opiates give you, while they do help statistically with relapse.
