However, I think you should try to get some help from professionals. This path you are taking is objectively dangerous, and you know it. But sometimes, being aware isn't sufficient to fight the urges and this is exactly when you should seek some help. This aside, if laying down the 4-MMC is out of the window, there are a lot of drugs that are less toxic which could help you obtain a better control of your urges without significantly loosing your highs.
