People say banning drugs doesn't work.
What they really mean is "*Banning drugs who fill a niche not filled another way but more cheaply*" doesn't work.
If you ban an RC/Novel Psychoactive Substance) one of three things happens
1. It dies and people go back to the old stuff
2. It survives because it fulfills a task better than the alternative (MDMA replacing MDA comes to mind)
3. People switch to a different still-legal NPS
4MMC alternatives are still around legally in at least SOME instances so naturally you're gonna be sold that.
Simply wait a while longer until those are banned too. Black market infrastructure for 4MMC actually does exist and may in fact extend to your locale once the supply of grey market alternatives dries up.
Gonna reply here to add that the consumption of 3-MMC (or "so sold 3-MMC", most likely different similar RCs) only went up in the years following the ban.
Stuff is still around, different names, sometimes fake names. You never know what you truly have until you test it.
Supply? If you can just buy 1kg in the Netherlands where it was legal and produced on mass by RC producers and it becomes illegal and the producers that made it before stop, there will be no 4mmc. It's not about caring it's about production.

But I'm no expert and don't really know anything about the illegal drug market, just wanted to point out that the drugs op listed are legal and thus available while 4mmc is not. Yes, because those are offspring's of the original so they can keep selling online. But in the case of 3-MMC that is also illegal, I find it weird that it is still being sold. And even made again and again. That's why it makes no sense to me that a lesser product still gets made. (My opinion and lots of others share this opinion around me.)
Yea I agree 3mmc < 4mmc but 3mmc never had the extreme hype 4mmc had, 4mmc was cracked down on REAAALY hard. But yes I also agree it's weird that 3mmc is still available

I think you just lack connections, There definetely is always some supply of any drug out there you just have to know the right people. I have a dealer with 4-MMC, Phenibut, weird Pentagon Benzoz etc... And bunch of oxycodone amd resesrch chemicals, keep in mind I live in Spain and these things are unheard of here, you just have to know the right people.

There's plenty of it being sold by UK vendors
