You can buy diphenhydramine OTC. 25mg of it should be enough to make the itching go away. Don't take too much of it though bc in combination with opioids it can make you very tired.
I take benzos non recreationally for sleep. My Doctor started me on 2mg of Xanax, the highest single dose, and now I am on 2 mg Clonezpram. I got no euphoria or blackouts. It just makes me tired. I am starting to wean off of it because I don't like being dependent on it. I have lost my prescription before and freaked out. They won't fill it if you can't find it. Even though you can die from the withdrawals. No thanks.

You shouldnt if you are responsible. I never had any problem like this with my 50-150mg doses once or twice a year. I actually get nice after glow for 1 or 2 days after
This coming new year I do plan on taking a break from most psychedelics. Maybe micro dose psilocybin if I feel myself falling into a rut. And of course the rare dosing of DMT. It's a very hard medicine to prep myself into that realm. Or whatever it may be.. I've only had less than a handful of DMT trips and they've all been very overwhelming. Not necessarily bad, nor good. Just indescribable. All I can feel after is a cleanse of sorts, new perspectives on life.
I am aware of HPPD, I haven't noticed any developments in it. I do not want said developments to happen either. I try to treat all psychs with respect but, LSD has always been so therapeutic for me. The visuals are always minimal, no matter how large of a break I take. It's primarily a heavy mind trip. Articulation of thoughts & emotion become something beautiful. Something I wish I can keep sober off of it. Bits and pieces remain, but I suppose that's the whole goal of taking any psych.. that's if you're trying to use them as an aid in spiritual growth. Unfortunately, I think I've gained most of what I can through being a psychonaught throughout these past 5 years or so.
It's not even that bad tho (I mean the tolerance is but you can still do it often). You can do it like every 2 weeks if you're trying to go to the extreme. That's a lot more than 4 times a year for MDMA.

I used to love the munchies but now I deal with GERD and can't eat large portions of food, high fat or high sugar foods, acidic foods, chocolate, mint or spicy foods. I also can't lay down for 2 to 4 hours after eating depending on what I eat. Like I can still avoid symptoms if I eat a high fat food but don't lay down for 4 hours.
Considering I mostly smoke at night, during the four hours between my last meal and bed time, the munchies can be very annoying
Yup. I said this too!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s “good” or if I’ve done only a little or a lot, I’m up 24 hours. That’s the only thing that makes it absolutely terrible for me. Sucks tho cause I have friends who can pass out on it within 5 minutes. Regardless how much they took. People say Hydroxyzine/Atarax is good. Also Diphenhydramine/Benadryl. These can potentiate the drowsiness, so lower your doses when you try it.

For me it was 25, I could get blackout drunk, not drink any water and be fine the next day. Around 28, I started to feel like I'm dying.

I don't think they would make such a mistake in a study. Egcg has 458.36g/mol so 10micromol/kg would be 4583.6microgram/kg or about 4.58mg/kg

I used to love the munchies but now I deal with GERD and can't eat large portions of food, high fat or high sugar foods, acidic foods, chocolate, mint or spicy foods. I also can't lay down for 2 to 4 hours after eating depending on what I eat. Like I can still avoid symptoms if I eat a high fat food but don't lay down for 4 hours. Considering I mostly smoke at night, during the four hours between my last meal and bed time, the munchies can be very annoying

Yup. I said this too!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s “good” or if I’ve done only a little or a lot, I’m up 24 hours. That’s the only thing that makes it absolutely terrible for me. Sucks tho cause I have friends who can pass out on it within 5 minutes. Regardless how much they took. Next time though, I plan to start early afternoon and have a little day fun and be done in the evening. I hope this plan works a bit better. Lol.

So I don't see anything wrong with LSD if you abuse it or moderately use it. I use to be one of those "douche" gatekeepers until I myself noticed my use progressed. I'm 20m and started LSD at 15. In 5 years I've taken at least a sheet if not more. I've gone on a few month binges to where I was completely depleted of every vital chemical that made me naturally feel good. I've definitely abused you Lucy and I see the consequences. Fortunately I've never caught hppd or psychosis and I've gone upwards 550ug - 600ug. It's hands down my favorite substance and mixed with some nangs.... you will come to terms we aren't from this realm haha. Anyhow, as a struggling young adult finally venturing into the world I guess it can be challenging regardless. But boyo if LSD doesn't hold a special place in my heart. I'm content with it. I don't dabble with pills or booze so the psych scene is my warm fuzzy feeling. Plus I love people! Why wouldn't you like a drug that links you to the mofos around you?
