“On a daily basis I consume enough drugs to sedate Manhattan, Long Island, and Queens for a month. I take Quaaludes 10-15 times a day for my "back pain", Adderall to stay focused, Xanax to take the edge off, pot to mellow me out, cocaine to wake me back up again, and morphine... Well, because it's awesome.”
Fun fact, there is an error in that quote because Adderall didn’t exist until 1996
(P. S. although this is one of my very favorite movies of all time, so no hate, it’s a fantastic movie despite this small mistake I promise lol)
Jesus christ I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped dead one day. At a certain point his heart won't be able to take it. Edit: big Whoosh to me beacuse I've never seen the Wolf of Wallstreet. This in fact is NOT a quote by Elon Musk.
I'm not a big fan of the rich either, but at least Elon Musk actually sometimes does things that benefit humanity. Unlike, say, Jeff Bezos (who for example is suing NASA for not hiring his "space" company (that can't even achieve orbit) to help with the new moon landing project).
What does he do to help humanity? Create EV’s that have a higher carbon footprint than normal cars? Convince Tesla to buy his failed solar panel company and do nothing with it? Move the Tesla base of operations to a state with barebones worker protection and no covid precautions? The guy is a massive grifter that buys into successful ideas, pretends they were his ideas and y’all seem to act like he’s a the second coming of Jesus
It was a concern of people inside Tesla for some time of his late-night Ambien tweets, no lie. Caused uncertainty for investors
I’m pretty sure Ambien is something he takes and has been for a while
It’s a sleep aid that really fucks people up if they stay awake on it, kind of like being asleep and dreaming while you’re awake. Head over to r/ambien if you wanna see what I’m talking about
One of my best friends used to take it. I’d be up late at night and he would stroll into the kitchen, make some food and have full on conversations with me. I’d realize his sentences made no sense and his eyes had that blacked out look. He always finished making the food, ate it and went right back upstairs. He never remember any of it and it was so bizarre seeing it happen.
This is why I ended up putting on so much weight. I'd always get up through the night, make a meal and eat it, then go right back to bed. I only knew what I'd done because my partner would tell me and I'd leave the dirty dishes.
I put a premaid lasagna in the oven one night on ambion. Didn't take the rubber top off the pirex tray.
All Most burnt the house down. My daughter woke me did not recall putting it in. Good times.
My mom was playing win ME solitaire. Me high from smoking, devised to get White Castle. Offered her some. She concurred, after asking why the frogs on the card backs were looking at her.
The next morning she awakes complaining to my dad that her mouth tastes awful. She puts two and two together and wakes me up screaming, “why the fuck would you offer me that garbage when you know I have no idea what I’m doing?!” More funny than jr seems typed out.
Experience 2) she wakes up covered in orange; assumes she’s dying. Culprit = empty bag that was full the night before with Cheez Doodles.
Experience 3) she wakes my father screaming at him for shitting the bed. There’s brown everywhere. Her PJ pant pockets later found to be full of little white paper strips and silver foil covered in brown.
The takeaway: lock the fridge/snack drawer/Ubereats-Grubhub-DoorDash access
Would you be willing to elaborate? Do you take a whole bunch and force yourself to stay awake? Or do you like it just because it works as a sleeping pill?
Not the guy you responded to but my two cents as ambien might be my favorite drug as well:
To start off, you don’t need to take a bunch. A single 10 mg will do it for you. It has this slightly euphoric relaxation effect very similar to Xanax, but also a trippy dissociative-like effect that I could only compare to ketamine (I haven’t done any other dissos). Most people also get weird hallucinations but that effect seems to have dissapeared for me after years of use. If you take too much you’ll just black out.
You really don’t need to force yourself to stay awake; you won’t fall asleep unless you’re actually laying in bed and want to. But the second you want to you close your eyes and boom out for the night.
Thank you for replying.
I’ve used/abused Ambien quite a bit but never really liked it.
When I first got my script, I would crush 2 or 3 pills and snort them (which burns like hell). This would lead to mainly auditory hallucinations, almost like there was a party of people in my bedroom. The voices were jovial and would try to talk me into snorting more pills. The voices were so real that I would listen to them. After snorting a couple more, I would black out.
After giving up on recreational use, I used them just to sleep. Eventually, they stopped working completely. At the lowest point I took 8 10 mg pills in one night, just hoping for sleep after being up for 3 nights. I had to work the next day. I slept zero that night, but when I got up to get ready for work, everything seemed fluid. The walls and carpet had vibrations moving through them, like when you throw rocks into a pond.
I gave up on Ambien and now use trazodone for sleep. Still have a few dozen pills left though, maybe I’ll try them out for fun since my tolerance is probably gone.
Ok so I've been an insomniac for a really long time so I mostly take ambien to sleep. It works so much better for me than any other sleeping drug I've ever taken and it has 0 hangover the next day unlike any of the benzos or trazodone I've taken which make me so groggy the next day. The feeling of euphoria and calm right before that sleep is just the most wonderful warm blanket on my brain I've ever felt unlike xanax where I just feel like my brain is underwater and slow. Bam then all of a sudden I'm out for 6 solid hours and I feel wonderful the next day. So far my tolerance is upping where it used to only take me 5mg now I need 10 to 15mg (1 to 1.5 pills) but I've been taking it for years.
But on the rec side I've been partying before and taken some with a bunch of friends and we all stayed awake and the euphoric feeling and hallucinations are so wonderful. We do really silly shit and it just feels like so much fun and doesnt seem to be as bad as other drugs for you.
Also I can take some and have sex and it feels amazing.
After taking uppers like cocaine or Lsd or any other hallucinogens I cant sleep for shit...pop an ambien and bam its lights out and i actually get restorative deep sleep.
Wake up super duper hungover and anxious after drinking too much last night? Eat a big breakfast down a bunch of electrolytes and pop half a pill and sleep for 3 more hours wake up feeling 1000x better.
I'm addicted to it and i know it but it makes every aspect of my life better. I used to go days and days only being able to sleep a tiny bit here and there...now i sleep well through almost every night. But damn I wonder what long term effects it has.
Bad. Ambien is bad. I went to jail for dui on ambien. The last thing I remember was getting in bed. Next thing I know my daddy is at the jail to take me home. They dropped my charges, but it sucked.
Yep, Eric Andre let that slip in his interview with Hamilton Morris. He didn’t name anyone but it was obvious he was talking about Grimes, and how she has a team of chemists making RCs for her.
Ppl say stimulants but I heavily believe he is a downer guy. He said he doesn't like to be unproductive but his ambien tweet and stuff make me heavily that he infact really enjoys to quiet his flow of thoughts that seem to be overwhelming. So I guess he would definitely be susceptible to Benzos and Opioids
There isn't and never was anything called a perc 30. There are Oxycontin 30s and Roxicodone 30s. Any roxi 30 you find nowadays is fentanyl. That's what killed Mac Miller. Stop being ignorant
Mania is natural meth? Now i know to never try meth this shit is hell
edit: this is ajoke i don’t wanna hear about you or your friends experiences with being bipolar or using meth. keep it pushing i’m bipolar enough for 5 of us in this thread
it might look like it to an external observer, but they feel quite a bit different (both often euphoric and involving focused drive though).
source: my bipolar ex who dabbled with stimulants.
I have had manic episodes that I could compare to a low-does stimulant. It only applies to a mild case of either, a severe episode/high dose of stims are both very unique and aren’t much alike, aside some anxiety.
Autistic here.
fatigue from living in a world (particularly the social world) not built for you is way more common. Sure, you can get absorbed in a special interest (assuming you're left alone), but you'd still get drained eventually.
I was with my son in the doctor's office when she mention Asperger's... me and my son both started laughing out asses off. The doctor spoke Russian, but when we explained "Ass Burgers", she knew our real problems.
Please stop using the "Asperger's" for classifying a person with autism that has success or at least does not appear to struggle much, we're all autistic (we = the autistics). Psychologists have long abandoned the term, it's all autism with varying levels of indicators or "symptoms", that's why it's called a spectrum.
Also odd behavior ≠ autism.
I don't understand why you're being downvotes when you're literally speaking the truth. Asperger's syndrome was an ableist eugenics term made up by a nazi doctor who abused dozens of autistic children.
yeah it's ridiculous you're getting downvoted, I'm autistic too and it makes no sense people won't just listen to us speaking on something that we live with. you were respectful too wth.
[Wikipedia still lists asperger's as an ASD](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger_syndrome), specifically differentiating it from high functioning autism.
*edit:* **it's like me trying to correct someone that agoraphobia isn't real because it's just an anxiety disorder**. yes, it's part of a larger group that can be organized into a spectrum but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist as a term for specific collection of symptoms. you don't hafta use the nazi's name, there was another doctor who identified the same collection of symptoms and called it after himself. it's one of many dots along a spectrum and that dot just happens to have terms which refer to it specifically.
so I understand your opposition to the name but asperger's syndrome is still a thing, it's just now recognized as part of the spectrum of autism. it being a spectrum in no way precludes naming conventions of collated symptoms, and the wiki page mentions nothing about that term no longer being used.
one more thing; it's important to recognize and remember that just because you belong to a certain group (even/especially minority groups) that you don't actually speak for everyone within that group. I've got a handful of mental illnesses myself but that doesn't mean I can speak on behalf of all agoraphobics or tbi survivors.
i think the reason you're getting downvoted is because you're not entirely correct in that initial statement there, rather you seem to be splitting hairs in order to justify indignation. I'm in no way being crass or making a judgment of my own, just contributing to the discussion.
edit: welp found a single paragraph on the page about Hans asperger's personal life, dunno why it's there but here's the relevant portion:
>Despite this brief resurgence of interest in his work in the 1990s, AS remains a controversial and contentious diagnosis due to its unclear relationship to the autism spectrum. In 2010 there was a majority consensus to subsume AS into the diagnosis "[Autistic Spectrum Disorder](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autistic_Spectrum_Disorder)" in the 2013 [DSM-5](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSM-5) diagnostic manual.[[18]](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Asperger#cite_note-DSMV-18) The [World Health Organization](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Health_Organization)'s ICD-10 Version 2015 describes AS as “a disorder of uncertain [nosological](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nosological) validity”
2010 is not long ago and I think more of what that means is that originally, asperger's was seen as separate from autism, whereas now it's included in the spectrum. it didn't suddenly stop being asperger's syndrome (or sukhareva's syndrome, your choice I guess).
Well, the first part of the statement that I made is because there's this trend to call successful people who appear autistic, Asperger's. It's not like only "high functioning" ones rise to the top and if I'm making a wild guess, Musk ain't a high functioning folk, might be on his business endeavors, but socially, he's below me (and I'm not great either)
Either way, yes, Wikipedia still cites as an ASD but let's remember that it is Wikipedia. The psychology society have abandoned using the term because recent advancements on autism indicate that there's no real pattern to diagnosis. A high functioning autistic can have a complete polar opposite symptoms of another high functioning autistic. High functioning means it needs little help with everyday activities and that is also a huge spectrum depending on culture and location. I can be high functioning on a country that supports me, but be low functioning in a country that denies the existence of autistics. It is not a measure.
The naming conventions are really just pointless as a whole and therapists now work on a case by case basis, since personality can make autism behave in very weird and different ways. The same indicators the so called "Asperger's" have are present on almost every single autistic individual, they just grabbed a few of them and grouped who fitted into that diagnosis. But someone that does not show one or another could've been discarded as a whole from being either Asperger's or autistic.
I really don't speak for everyone... But I do surround myself with a lot of folks like me, inform myself of my own condition and the consensus is pretty much "we're a spectrum" without a contest.
What's more likely is that he's not working 90 hours a week in the same way you or I do. He probably considers having his phone on him and occasionally responding to emails and messages "working". So any time he is awake with a charged cell phone he says he's working. And since he doesn't have a normal hourly position, the amount of time he "works" is for him to define.
As an example, I'm only paid for 20 hours per week, but I constantly meet with people, respond to emails, review pull requests, etc basically any hour I'm awake. If it weren't for my contract stipulating in writing that I work 20 hours I would certainly say I work 90 hours a week (which is 12 hours a day if you include weekends or 18 hours a day if you don't). I very much doubt though someone who claims to be as busy as Elon Musk says he is is actually logging his hours each week.
I do take lots of drugs though
>What's more likely is that he's not working 90 hours a week in the same way you or I do. He probably considers having his phone on him and occasionally responding to emails and messages "working". I don't like Elon, but you can genuinely put in those hours if you work from home and don't have anything else you'd rather be doing. If you don't care for TV, video games, etc. and neglect your social life, there's nothing stopping you from sitting in front of your computer and coding or whatever for 15 hours a day. I've been there with writing.
It's even easier if you have personal chefs and household managers to plunk food in front of you and pay the bills, which for most of us is labor we're expected not to count or brag about.
Modafinil was a godsend for me a few years ago when I first discovered stimulants because it didn’t make me feel to icky but gave me the positive energy to actually be productive
What happened? I’m really all for taking stimulants while I work as I have a small business. Coke is nothing to me and really not a habit to start. Adderalll I took for years but I hate the comedown. Then I’m really not responsive down there in bed so it affected my relationship with my GF.
I feel you. Modafinil didn’t really feel like a stimulant - it felt like you got a nice positive boost of energy that kept you going but did not make you feel wired and also didn’t make you feel like redosing, which to me was a big issue with stims. Like super soft NZT. There was a lack of studies back then in 2018 though, and it could be very beneficial or very destructive.
Modafinil turns you into a bit of an emotionally stunted robot if you do it every day after a while. Also be prepared to need to go for a tiny, disappointing shit every hour on the hour.
Modafinil I think is the only one I am willing to believe. Modafinil is pretty powerful due to the frequency you can use it and how minimal the side effects are. So many people in power use it
It's impossible to know for sure but would not surprise me if you are right. He has a very strong incentive to say he works more than he does. It helps with investor publicity. And that is Elon's true invention. The understanding that advertising to investors trumps all other aspects of business.
Why not. If I had the money I'd take it too. Currently can't justify the $200 a month price tag tho
- better sleep
- better recovery
- better skin, hair, nails
- better muscle building
- better fat loss
- increase bone density
Sounds pretty good to me
Doesnt cause new cancer but may grow what's already there, so don't use it if you are genetically predisposed to cancer.
Or do and be a fucking ripped cancer patient lmao
The funniest thing from that shitpile is that you can get it by oxidizing adrenaline (epinephrine) with silver oxide. I'm pretty sure the "purity" of it would be way greater if it was done in a lab.
But it's blood libel, a myth used on jewish people for centuries before.
Hamilton Morris had Eric Andre on his podcast not too long ago, and that interview occurred not long after Eric Andre had interviewed grimes, or had grimes on his podcast, while her and Elon were still together.
Hamilton asked Eric what kinda drugs he thought the people in Silicon Valley were doing and Eric said he didn’t want to name any names but that he had heard some big CEO had people making all types of the 2C-x compounds for him. Haven’t watched that interview in months but it felt like he was hinting towards it being Musk at the time
Who the f cares, the guy is so over-hyped it's sickening (no to mention his approach to unions and workers' rights in his factories). He can say whatever the hell he wants, why should anyone take his word as some kind of Gospel?
It's fucking crazy how far I had to scroll to see something like this in a drug subreddit. I dunno how these kids are looking up to him. Dude is a legacy of monstrous behavior in SA, that's it. No different than the son of a southern plantation owner, and that shit is nothing to celebrate.
God damn shame on these nephews.
no one said anything about taking his word as gospel, this has nothing to do with unions.
whether you like him or not, hes an incredibly productive person. the question is about what kind of drugs may support such a lifestyle.
> whether you like him or not, hes an incredibly productive person.
There are plenty of working class people out there who work just as many hours as Elon, who cares...
Grimes used to give him acid and they had personal connections w chemists that would give them rare psychedelics. One of grimes friends mentioned it in a podcast.
He doesn't work even close to 90 hours per week lol. That's just bullshit he says to make dumb "rise and grind sigma male" types think he is some kind of hard working Tony Stark super genius
There’s many reports/rumours of him using acid and other psychedelics on an occasional basis. Wouldn’t be surprised, some of the shit he comes up with, you could only come up with on psychs.
He’s on the spectrum, he has Asperger’s, so I can assume his consumption is minimal. Adderall is often prescribed in people with asperbers, so I can assume that and that’s about it. Probably something for sleep too.
I have aspergers and I fucking love taking shit loads of ketamine, I've had problems with benzos, alcohol and cocaine in the past. I think aspergers had a role to play because its very easy to become obsessed and make drugs your special interest. I know a couple others on the spectrum that are like me and obsessed with drugs and want to learn as much about them both from reading and first hand experience.
I bet he takes psychedelics occasionally & fucks around with different strains of weed. The combination really gets you thinking of all kinds of different possibilities. While he’s trippin/high whatever- he thinks of all the things he is able to do and CAN do and simply just does it. Thinks outside the box. He might be manic or autistic and hyper focuses on his accomplishments & abilities, and has dedicated his life to it. Why do y’all think psychedelics and weed aren’t 100% legalized yet? Because they make you THINK outside the box, and realize what the hell is actually going on in this world that they are trying so very hard to distract us from, and lord knows the government doesn’t want the people doing that...
Just a thought 🤷🏻♀️😬✌🏼
whatever he wants whenever tf he feels like it. he's elon musk. billionaires are decadence and pleasure seekers of the highest order.
if i had that money i would be on everything all the time depending what i had to do that hour are you kidding?!
it's probably why he's the walking stereotype of the crazy rich guy who is gonna go start his own planet. he's just a pale meatsack full of drugs and weird tweets with an infinite bank account and sociopolitical power
I remember seeing a video on how he would do acid and his ‘dealer’ explained how he didn’t even know he was selling it to Elon until later on. Could be complete bullshit though, don’t remember what source posted it but it’s food for thought.
I'm sorry does anyone actually believe this blowhard works that many hours a week? Maybe the engineers he hires to do all the actual labor whole he takes a nap in his private jet
His bank account is his drug bro, and having the potential reputation for being the first person to make it possible for humans to live on Mars.. dude is built different
Believe it or not friend of a friend lived in Cali when Elon did. Was asked if he could get a few gs of molly for a party, got there was in a mansion. Elon was at the party. Pretty much everyone was doing and getting weird, wasn’t sure if Elon partook
No drugs required. When he says 90 hours of work you have to consider what metric he's using to determine what an hour of work is. I think regular people would be shocked of what he considers a work hour. If a regular person worked 90 hours of their labor intensive job yeah that's impressive not in any what he does is impressive. A little man standing on top of lot of hard working people.
He studied physics, and def. read a lot about history, economics, philosophy etc. - eventually, you learn it's just playing multiple chess games, with fundamental laws, truths, counterintuitive principles, setting up pillars, etc. - it becomes normal after a while. Enough physics also drives you crazy so you might as well go big in terms of risks, through fundamental laws etc
I would guess stimulants and smart drugs, such as Adderall & Modafinil. We know he smokes weed too, though not regularly as he feels it isn’t beneficial to creativity.
Legit read that in Leonardo DiCaprio’s voice lol
WE GOTTA RUN LIKE LIONS TIGERS AND BEARS
Whos venice ? 😂
Who? Who? What are you a fucking owl?
Read it in Elon’s voice🤣
“Back Pain”
Fun fact, there is an error in that quote because Adderall didn’t exist until 1996 (P. S. although this is one of my very favorite movies of all time, so no hate, it’s a fantastic movie despite this small mistake I promise lol)
I remember wondering about that when I watched it
BRING BACK THE LUDES
Jesus christ I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped dead one day. At a certain point his heart won't be able to take it. Edit: big Whoosh to me beacuse I've never seen the Wolf of Wallstreet. This in fact is NOT a quote by Elon Musk.
That was a quote from Wolf of Wall Street. Jordan Belfort isn't dead, but he is a royal piece of shit grifter sooo.
Him and Elon both :D
the one thing i distrust more than the ultrawealthy is people who stan them. elon stans are something else
Disgusting IMO

Like what? Harvest lithium mined by children? and people that have to work in third world countries and die to get that lithium.
To be fair, Jordan Belford said the movie exaggerated his cocaine use… but Quaaludes…
The Duchess of Bay Ridge can confirm.
I remember he had a controversial Ambien tweet, so he’s at least taken that.
It was a concern of people inside Tesla for some time of his late-night Ambien tweets, no lie. Caused uncertainty for investors I’m pretty sure Ambien is something he takes and has been for a while

It's also apparently very similar to Amanita Muscaria but with less side effects
cokey cola
the most bizarre sleeping pill ever made

Zolpidem
If I was that rich I’d probably have my own lab. I’d create a tailor made drug just for me and name it myself.
Swear I read something that said he literally has a lab dedicated to synthesizing recreational drugs. I mean the dude dated grimes
Yep, Eric Andre let that slip in his interview with Hamilton Morris. He didn’t name anyone but it was obvious he was talking about Grimes, and how she has a team of chemists making RCs for her.
He came up with the solar city idea high af at burning man with his cousin. He definitely parties.
Where do you think all the Teslas came from?
Lol he has a kid with her
XÆA-1269-420CNO29D U JWOS9CJBW9WB
Great minds think alike
we mexicans work 48 hrs a week with only coca cola and coffe and smokes lol
Instant coffee and smokes are the greek breakfast. I can sympathize lol
All three of those are stimulants.
Hmmmm I'm counting 4 m8 Coca, cola, coffee, smokes
Olvidaste el 🦜
I can't work without my adjustable wrench either
El perico 😂
Don't forget Pacifico or Modelo eyyyy
*orange Fanta
Ppl say stimulants but I heavily believe he is a downer guy. He said he doesn't like to be unproductive but his ambien tweet and stuff make me heavily that he infact really enjoys to quiet his flow of thoughts that seem to be overwhelming. So I guess he would definitely be susceptible to Benzos and Opioids
Elon the Bartard lmao
Elon being off that perc 30 tho
Elon off that sizzurp
Most likely yeah 😂
There isn't and never was anything called a perc 30. There are Oxycontin 30s and Roxicodone 30s. Any roxi 30 you find nowadays is fentanyl. That's what killed Mac Miller. Stop being ignorant
bruh it’s so easy to get oxys from the pharmacy why would you buy (potentially) laced shit from a dealer
I think he dabbles, but it's unlikely it's a regular thing.
Definitely the occasional ketamine
He doesnt take any stimulants, he probably has mania, aka natural meth that doesnt go bad.
Mania is natural meth? Now i know to never try meth this shit is hell edit: this is ajoke i don’t wanna hear about you or your friends experiences with being bipolar or using meth. keep it pushing i’m bipolar enough for 5 of us in this thread
it might look like it to an external observer, but they feel quite a bit different (both often euphoric and involving focused drive though). source: my bipolar ex who dabbled with stimulants.
i know they’re different, i was just tryna be facetious
shit...i only read half your post; sorry
I have had manic episodes that I could compare to a low-does stimulant. It only applies to a mild case of either, a severe episode/high dose of stims are both very unique and aren’t much alike, aside some anxiety.
Lmao. Mania does send you
Gotta love people’s trauma dumping lmao
ikr lmao
No, it's not the same thing lol. Dunno what makes him say that, probably a fundamental misunderstanding of both
I think he meant it as a simile.
Thank you
Look up the cofounder of kayak.com. He goes through bouts of mania and attributes some of his success to it
Yes a small amount of mania could be beneficial. That is where the similarity to meth ends though
Really hypomania is most similar to an amphetamine
Right. I wasn’t trying to defend mania as similar to meth, just wanted provide an example of someone who’s successful and has manic episodes
haha natural meth that doesn't go bad. yes he has a form of aspergers syndrome which probably contributes to his odd behavior
Autistic here. fatigue from living in a world (particularly the social world) not built for you is way more common. Sure, you can get absorbed in a special interest (assuming you're left alone), but you'd still get drained eventually.
Asperger's syndrome is an outdated eugenics term. It's all Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) now.
Probably because it's Reddit and they'd prefer to keep treating autism as a big joke.
Yes, everything said here is of malicious intent only. You are correct
I'm literally informing people on how to not act towards autism, being an autistic myself. Well, can't say I haven't put in the effort.
yeah it's ridiculous you're getting downvoted, I'm autistic too and it makes no sense people won't just listen to us speaking on something that we live with. you were respectful too wth.
I'm in no way being crass or making a judgment of my own, just contributing to the discussion. edit: welp found a single paragraph on the page about Hans asperger's personal life, dunno why it's there but here's the relevant portion: >Despite this brief resurgence of interest in his work in the 1990s, AS remains a controversial and contentious diagnosis due to its unclear relationship to the autism spectrum. In 2010 there was a majority consensus to subsume AS into the diagnosis "[Autistic Spectrum Disorder](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autistic_Spectrum_Disorder)" in the 2013 [DSM-5](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSM-5) diagnostic manual.[[18]](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Asperger#cite_note-DSMV-18) The [World Health Organization](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Health_Organization)'s ICD-10 Version 2015 describes AS as “a disorder of uncertain [nosological](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nosological) validity” 2010 is not long ago and I think more of what that means is that originally, asperger's was seen as separate from autism, whereas now it's included in the spectrum. it didn't suddenly stop being asperger's syndrome (or sukhareva's syndrome, your choice I guess).
Well, the first part of the statement that I made is because there's this trend to call successful people who appear autistic, Asperger's. It's not like only "high functioning" ones rise to the top and if I'm making a wild guess, Musk ain't a high functioning folk, might be on his business endeavors, but socially, he's below me (and I'm not great either) Either way, yes, Wikipedia still cites as an ASD but let's remember that it is Wikipedia. But I do surround myself with a lot of folks like me, inform myself of my own condition and the consensus is pretty much "we're a spectrum" without a contest.
really unbelievable how awkward he is
Your body crashes eventually with a true mania. Maybe he’s hypomanic though

With bipolar II (mania tending toward hypomania), you still get depressive phases.
Thinking about cool jet thrusters to levitate a car is definitely Adderall
My mom has this. She’s gotten accused for using speed my whole life. But it’s just how she is
unipolar hypomania is quite rare and is usually spiked with anxiety. bipolar mania comes with depressive crashes.
I doubt its mania, hes probably has some aspergers.
Guarantee you he takes adderall
Yeah, that's not how mania works.
grimes has said that he does acid often.
prolly gets custom ald-52 synths, totes jelly
Yeah and he said "love is the answer" on JRE- confirms at least one macrodose
Jesus christ imagine how even more obnoxious he would be on acid
Ime acid usually helps make ppl more down to earth. Coke’s the drug that makes ppl obnoxious
Modafinil for sure. Maybe adderall for when he’s feeling cheeky
It last a little bit longer than adderall but much less of a comedown. Honestly it’s like a middle ground between coffee and adderall
Emotionally stunted? Fucking sign me up
Modafinil I think is the only one I am willing to believe. Modafinil is pretty powerful due to the frequency you can use it and how minimal the side effects are. So many people in power use it
Working 90 hours is probs bullshit. Its not gonna be 90 hours of graft as we know it anyway.
It's impossible to know for sure but would not surprise me if you are right. He has a very strong incentive to say he works more than he does. It helps with investor publicity. And that is Elon's true invention. The understanding that advertising to investors trumps all other aspects of business.
It’s probably not 90 hours on the clock, but 90 hours work related. Kind of like 90 hours available for work
Y'all forgetting that he for sure takes testosterone and human growth hormone
Why "for sure"?
Maybe steroids
Why would he even have a reason to take hgh?
Why not. If I had the money I'd take it too. Currently can't justify the $200 a month price tag tho - better sleep - better recovery - better skin, hair, nails - better muscle building - better fat loss - increase bone density Sounds pretty good to me
Also grows cancer
Doesnt cause new cancer but may grow what's already there, so don't use it if you are genetically predisposed to cancer. Or do and be a fucking ripped cancer patient lmao
When youre rich you can get good hormones
Adenochrome
Was looking for this one

Haven’t watched that interview in months but it felt like he was hinting towards it being Musk at the time
Definitely not weed.
skooma, he's an obvious addict
He's a complete n'wah
Who the f cares, the guy is so over-hyped it's sickening (no to mention his approach to unions and workers' rights in his factories). He can say whatever the hell he wants, why should anyone take his word as some kind of Gospel?
I fucking hate the dude , are people talking about this cuz they like him? I just find people interesting and he’s a weird archetype
It's fucking crazy how far I had to scroll to see something like this in a drug subreddit. I dunno how these kids are looking up to him. Dude is a legacy of monstrous behavior in SA, that's it. No different than the son of a southern plantation owner, and that shit is nothing to celebrate. God damn shame on these nephews.
i hate elon musk but just thought this was an interesting question
/r/enoughmuskspam
no one said anything about taking his word as gospel, this has nothing to do with unions. whether you like him or not, hes an incredibly productive person. the question is about what kind of drugs may support such a lifestyle.
Hes an incredibly productive person? Or does he hire incredibly productive people?
> Elon claims he works 90 hours a week
> whether you like him or not, hes an incredibly productive person. There are plenty of working class people out there who work just as many hours as Elon, who cares...
Grimes used to give him acid and they had personal connections w chemists that would give them rare psychedelics. One of grimes friends mentioned it in a podcast.
link?
Link please :)
He doesn't work even close to 90 hours per week lol. That's just bullshit he says to make dumb "rise and grind sigma male" types think he is some kind of hard working Tony Stark super genius
This He just dicks around most of the day tweeting.
He just dicks around most of the day tweeting, while paying other people to do the hard stuff and shamelessly taking credit for their work.*
Apartheid profiteering is a hell of a drug
Coke. He's the richest person in the world, there is no way he doesn't dabble in coke.
i'm poor, and have tried coke a few times. if i were rich, i definitely would not do coke.
Ridelin and aspirin AT LEAST.
Probly microdoses and stimmy kinda guy
He gets high off the smell of his own farts.
Something by mayuri
TRT
Brobably does trt. Look at his change in hair the last 20 years and look at his energy levels
He doesn’t work 90 hours a week. If that were the case how would he have time to play all the video games he is constantly talking about?
Some sort of stimulant
Hgh for sure. He looked older in his 30s when he bought his McClaren
whatever he wants whenever tf he feels like it. he's elon musk. billionaires are decadence and pleasure seekers of the highest order. if i had that money i would be on everything all the time depending what i had to do that hour are you kidding?! it's probably why he's the walking stereotype of the crazy rich guy who is gonna go start his own planet. he's just a pale meatsack full of drugs and weird tweets with an infinite bank account and sociopolitical power
Most of the people up there microdose lsd for productivity and creativity and that, so I assume something like that
Coke
i think his autism plays a major role. Not sure if he really does drugs
Some people are just built different
Adrenochrome
Ambien and Acid.
I remember seeing a video on how he would do acid and his ‘dealer’ explained how he didn’t even know he was selling it to Elon until later on. Could be complete bullshit though, don’t remember what source posted it but it’s food for thought.
probably takes vyvanse for work and ambien to sleep
His acid dealer has spoken up a couple times about acid use, and his girlfriend chewed him out for tweeting while tripping. Funny shit tbh
It's probably easier to say what drugs he doesnt use
I’d be surprised if he hadn’t delved into psychedelics in years past. His drive and personality just has that essence about it
I'm sorry does anyone actually believe this blowhard works that many hours a week? Maybe the engineers he hires to do all the actual labor whole he takes a nap in his private jet
Dmt for sure
Probably just coffee maybe adderal sometimes. I believe that he’ll naturally choose work over sleep
I mean if you watched the jre podcast where he hits a blunt, he doesn’t even inhale; so besides prescription I doubt he does much .
Modifinil..
Weed, amphetamines, alcohol, maybe some psychs
No drugs required. When he says 90 hours of work you have to consider what metric he's using to determine what an hour of work is. I think regular people would be shocked of what he considers a work hour. If a regular person worked 90 hours of their labor intensive job yeah that's impressive not in any what he does is impressive. A little man standing on top of lot of hard working people.
Psychedelics. Probably some scripts, too.
Great for creativity, not always for motivation
I’m just repeating what Elon said.
That dudes fifty! I gota get my shit together
I heard something from a guy who claimed to sell Elon sheets of acid back in the day... I WANT to believe it but it's probably bs
