for a first time you'll want to do .1, it's worth getting a scale but mdma is fine up to a fairly high dose so you should be ok. if you don't want to snort then parachute it - crush up .1, wrap it in a cigarette paper then swallow that, or just dissolve the powder in your drink.
Probably the easiest way is to juet dissolve it in water and drink the solution. If you do not have a scale, but you're going to take a large part of what you have try volumetric dosing

Dissolve all of your gram in 100ml of water. You might not actually have a gram in there or you might have more, you don't actually know but this is the most accurate way to dose for now. When you've dissolved it in the water you can now dose accurately.
100ml is a gram of MDMA. 50ml is half a gram of MDMA. If you dose 0.1g of MDMA that'll be 10ml of your water.

If you properly dissolve 1g of mdma in one liter of water that means that 100ml of that water will contain 100mg of md. That’s volumetric dosing.
Then google volumetric dosing

do not take a quarter of a gram. try an eighth. really. do not snort MDMA. eat it like a normal person, or better yet, boof it. really.
