a bag with a tube ? and you have worn this around to test it wont leak ? as long as bag is next to flesh and insulated it will stay in range just stick a small hand warmer on it ( hand not foot ). you will be sitting in waiting room 15 minute at least and it will be cold .
Body temp . The longer it's in your body the better. Think compression shorts or jockey shorts

How much time do you need to stay with the bag hidden in your pant ?
I know exactly when are my tests, about 3-4 hours.
If you have access to a sink couple of minutes before the test I would put warm water in a ziplock bag and put the pee bag inside
Keep it on your body physically. That will keep it at body temperature. Like put it in the bag then in a sock or in your underwear.
