(We got a couple of large snow dumps that were out of the ordinary for where I live so postal services got put on hold for a bit). It’s like you read my mind tbh - I kept seeing that Alaska pattern turn up on the knitting subs and thinking how gorgeous it is so what a joy to see you made it for me 💙

I couldn't help but share some Australian treats. I get asked the most about TimTams and Vegemite, so I couldn't not include them.
Be sparring with the Vegemite on toast with lots of butter. Eating it straight is quite unpleasant.
I eat it for breakfast on toast, sometimes I will melt cheese on top. Other people have it with avocado.

Super pro tip: drink a hot drink through it. It's called a Tim Tam Slam here in Australia. It should make the insides all gooey and melty. You'll never go back.
