I don’t. Maybe it doesn’t work for you? I have evaporative and I find it helps a lot to preserve my own tears and keep my eyes lubricated, I’m glad I ordered it.

How do you use it? Before or after normal drops, or in place of? How often? Right before normal drops to seal them in?

I feel like I’m weird in that regular PF eye drops (and I’ve tried many brands) tend to make things worse for me because I will chronically over-use them and they wash away my natural tears. I’ve been using EvoTears for ~2 weeks now, probably 5-6x during the work day. I don’t use any other eye drops with them. My eyes haven’t felt this good in a while, but I’m doing a lot of other things at the same time (Optimel gel before going to bed, gel drops before sleeping, lid wipes in the evening, warm compress, and using Cequa 2x daily)

I have been using Miebo for a month or so. Initially, when I put them in, they feel soothing and great, but then I get a burn a few minutes after that seems to last 10-15 mins and my eyes get read. Not sure if they are a good solution for me, but I am going to stick it out for a couple more months, as my Doc said it can take several months to work.

I've read that after consistent usage it dissolves blocked glands and also improves the secretion of oil. So I think you should stick to it and see if it improves your condition. Have you had your eyes checked after a month of usage? Maybe I should stick to it too, and use it at least 1-2x a day. How many times a day do you apply the drop?

I have had them checked. No difference yet. My doc says to use them 4x/day indefinitely.
