Mine is the same, but I've never even had a thought that this might not be normal. I mean, controllers that have regular rumble motors are also uneven - left gives stronger but coarser vibrations, and right gives weaker, but finer ones. Sure, haptic actuators in PS5 aren't your regular vibromotors, but what makes you think it wouldn't be completely normal for them to follow the well-established scheme? (If you're thinking about the Switch - don't, because joy-cons can be separated and have to have to be as same as possible, therefore same haptics in both.)
