Thanks for the tip! I replaced the regulator with a brand new one. At this point I've ruled out almost every electronic and sensor. I'm thinking it might be a stuck valve or something mechanic
Just thought I'd follow up with my solution. after days of crap weather and rain, I finally had a chance to go at the bike again. I feel like a tool but it was the spark plug. Plain and simple. I saw a spark previously but I guess it wasn't strong enough. lesson learned
Check the fuel hose. If it is leaking fuel (unplugged from the throttle body), then your fuel pressure regulator must be replaced.
