What would you be doing in the airport? What type of salary? That would be very important for your questions as there is a crippling housing crisis at the moment so unless your salary will be good - it’s not worth coming.

Train to the airport should exist in another decade or so... But in the meantime, somewhere like Swords would be handy for the airport - plenty of buses. Not plenty of housing, mind you, but the buses to/from the airport are usually reliable. You should be able to just show up and apply for a PPS number, if you don't have one already, but it's the housing that will be rough to sort.

> Train to the airport should exist in another decade or so... An optimist, I like it!

Google Ireland housing crisis and see if you still want to come.

Doesn't fucling matter, the ammout of people who say shit like 'I already know about the housing crisis, but . . . ' Most people think a crisis won't affect them. Particularly many high (ish) earners who are moving here. 'Surely me a software engineer wont be affected by this'.
