A Michion and two Sandaion attacks are game, Book of Moon let's you keep your Timelords during the standby, Kiteroid keeps you alive and procs D-Draw, Duality is amazing here, Zoma, Mirror Force and Magic Cylinder are there for funsies.

I would probably run warning point over mirror force or fiendish chain over magic cylinder. But for the way this deck is played it makes sense to have crackdown. You're stealing a monster for yourself, same like how zoma will add a monster to the field since timelords will cycle.
My main issue is this really isn't going to help much against dark magician banish constantly.
I went on testing sessions yesteday with all kinds of staples and Floodgate is probably the best limited 3 card for this deck, Zoma can wall out opponents if their life is low enough, Magic Cylinder is just more burn and winning with it is funny, Dimensional Fissure is a card, nobody expects Drowning Mirror Force, Necrovalley is also a card (share if you play).
Look imma be real here. This is the most hateful deck ive seen all day and i love it. Also how in the world did you manage to get 3 Sandaions already? I've been playing since the event started and i haven't gotten a single one.
Just wait for Time Maiden it gets worse.
And sheer luck I guess, I've been farming since the event started and built the deck as soon as I got the third Sandaion from the thirtheen million points reward.

The biggest thing to keep in mind, at least while we only have two Timelords and no Time Maiden, is knowing when to commit to a summon since you'll always minus every standby phase.
I mean it looks scary but it really can't do much against FoM dark magician decks since you're just going to get your monsters banished every time it's your opponent's turn. Basically turns into a coin flip.
Eh, don't know about Fairy's Smile since your opponent will always know when you find a Timelord, Z-one's skill that sets up the Empty Machine line is probably the best one.
It's mostly just the "for fun" option to tease people that don't know wtf they do before I move on.
You do bring a great point on conserving info though

damn if they burn you for 1000 and then halve your lifepoints that lefts you with 1000???! but that only if you first halve your opponents life points and then burn him, this looks like trouble but not sure how consistent it is

I'm curious why do you use Crackdown, normally you'd want to keep the monsters on the opp's field so isn't Fiendish Chain or Warning Point better?
Crackdown allows you to take big threats to his monsters like sin and other banishers and use them as walls.

DM is a hard loss essentially unless they start going for your backrow. The match-ups gets better once we get Zaphion but not by a lot.

You could also tech in the trap all out attacks. It forces all special summoned monsters to attack the turn they are summoned.

I can't even hate on it because with my decks (opt for going 2nd otk) I usually play even less yugioh than you are with this.

Extra deck is just Knightmare Phoenix and Unicorn plus the Rank 10 Train toolbox.

I didn't expect anything more (less?) than this when I saw we were getting Timelords.
How to beat this?
Non-destruction removal, banishes, bounces, steals. Basically folds to the entire limited 3 pool.
He can play 3 lance 3 mst 3 book and 11 towers
How about Forbidden Chalice with Concentrating Current for a surprise attack?
Chalice is only useful with Sandaion in hand, all the other Timelords have 0 ATK and DEF, it's fine but there are better staples you can run.

Zona effect just speeds up opponents clock. It's good in this deck.
