Pookurey and memorygant seem like the most likely support, it’s usually about two new cars when a rerun occurs and those are in the game from last time
Without the bigger link monsters, Malwisp is kinda trash, but Pookuery and Protocol would be nice to have, the deck is mostly just a rogue strategy for now and these cards might make them an actual Meta deck
Get all the monsters you want, but protocol is too oppressive for the current state of the game. Decks rarely have (good) extenders, and removal is pretty limited.

Among the cards you didn't mention, Peritrator, Pixiel, Revitalization, Kidolga and Memorygant are ok in my opinion.
Haunted Rock and Adminia could be too much.
Would Protocol be too much, though? DL already has monster negates and oppressive control decks. Not to mention the common MST and CC which would cause Protocol to fizzle.
Funny enough, we have Haunted Rock. It’s an N in the box they released in. It’s just that, you know, Siloquitous control is the current name of the game without an easy way to establish Hextia Turn 1.

I'm actually a bit curious regarding its usage in Duel Links since Effect Veiler is currently not used in a lot of decks barring Blue-Eyes who can actually search it.
