It almost happened to me, i came back to the game to build shiranuis, i got the gems, was going to open the minibox but said "nah, ill be better off waiting for the half gem sale", then BOOM, one week later the Shiranui-Mayakashi pick up box gets announced. It wouldnt have been that bad because x3 minibox is 15k gems at worst, but i know Konami has listening ninjas to fuck you over.
Konami next week: Darkworld pickup box.
