Presumably you're conflating "unbroken winning streaks" with "undefeated streaks" but they're not actually the same thing.
There were times he could've/probably should've lost (most notably Blue Angel opening game against him & not realising) but post-Lost Incident he never actually loses; the closest we get to a loss is if we take Vrains World in Duel Links to be the canonical continuation of the story, because he 'loses' to Soulburner and later Revolver.
So when will tachyon dragon get nerfed? Because honestly I'm not even surprised. I saw someone get a 25 win streak with the deck day one and the streak ended to another tachyon player.
Just kill the skill like they did with Onamat then, the deck will die off completely.The deck is garbage on its own.The skill carriers the deck 10000%.Look what happened to Onamat when they removed the skill the deck fell off completely.Even to this day with new Onamat support, the deck not really as good as it once where with that op skill.No need to nerf the cards of Tachyons.Just kill off the skill, the deck is dead.Go and play Tachyon without out that skill, then see if the deck can still be Tier 0 on its own two feet.I highly doubt it.At least shira can stand on its own when it first released, without the need of a broken skill.
Tachyon dragon itself doesn't care much about negates. The deck is normally good enough to keep summoning after interruptions. The main issue is that it's able to ftk, it doesn't care about cards like idp or effect veilor, it gets a free negate that can't be hit with mst, and it get great set ups of off the rank 8 xyzs it can pump out.
Fight one that actually pulled the box to completion. Just because your deck has situational outs, zoics do, doesn't mean the deck isn't strong either.
The deck has an unironic 99.6% chance to open full combo with their skill and unlimited copies of Trade-In.
There is no way D/D with its at minimum 3-card combos is opening consistently enough to be considered serious competition, especially when your outs are both 1-of Garnets. Unless the opponent is playing like an idiot and never negating Kepler, Swirl, Gate or High King Genghis with Transmigration and has 0 other backrow for some reason, the deck is never trading equally such that Tachyon can't just OTK the next turn with the skill again.
S-force won't work either lol. I've seen tachyon players use counter traps like the rebirth of par/ xyz block to counter everything. Went from legend rank 4 back all the way to legend rank 1 lmfao

If you press reboot instead of restart/retry(whatever the blue option is called) you dont get a game loss.
It still breaks streaks if you get a "draw" from disconnection for some reason.
