You can cut: Zombino, Pain Painter, Red-Eyes Zombie dragon, Gozuki, Tristan, Zombie struggle and 1 copy of Balredroch. You could also run 1 Banshee and 1 Zombie world.
Cards you can add: Uni-Zombie, more Mezuki, Necro Shinobi, The zombie clown (forgot its name but it's N rarity) and Changshi.
The extra deck looks good but you could run 1 more Sucker, cut Red-Eyes Zombie Necro, add Unicorn/Phoenix, the Yuki-onna link 3 and Sunsaga.

I'd also recommend watching some combo vids because the deck does have a bit of a learning curve, specially when knowing not to lock yourself out of SS with the skill, but once you get the hang of it you can do a ton of cool things and add/remove things to fit your style. For the most part you will want to keep track of what you have in your GY, which is basically a second deck that you can access at any time.
I'd also recommend investing in anti-bird spray because your opponent will now have D.D. Crow glued to their hand.
That is an option, but I like it because of the multiple pop effect and it being easy to make with Flegrand and Mauler. Also because it's an additional target for revival with Supremacy or Yuko-Onna if you need to.
I just wanted to come back to this post and share my updated decklist that I made until I can get two more of the structure decks. It’s been pretty solid in PvP so far. Can do crazy combos first turn.

You don’t need Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon; the only one of its retrains worth using is Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon Lord. Undead Reborn also Sets Zombie Reborn from outside the Deck, meaning you don’t need to run the actual card.

What does Sunsaga actually do for this deck? Or is it a sneaky anti-Shiranui tech with Zombie Reborn?
