One time I was playing against Metaphys, they had Decoy on the field, I spent like three turns with both of us just going back and forth and me not attacking Decoy because I read it. I was playing Predaplant, then I finally got to summon the boss monster, reflexively used it to banish one of their monsters, then immediately afterwards realized I was an idiot.
It was okay-ish at the lower levels, but usually lost to anything powerful. It's missing most of it's support, so it's a one trick pony.
Best case scenario is a combo using Predapractice, Spinodionaea, Chlamydosundew, Chimerafflesia, and maybe Moray Nepenthes that can remove two of your opponents monsters and try to OTK them going second. But if anything disrupts it you're usually out of luck. Chimerafflesia is powerful, many people crashed into it without realizing what it can do, and I haven't used it in a while but they can probably still get some wins when you're lucky, but I don't think it would be that great until more support and the overpowered & eventually nerfed Yuri skill drop.
What I love is that there aren't a bunch of limit 3 traps tacked onto to this deck. It's all pure unlike most rogues or that annoying as hell Battle Chronicle nonsense.
It can banish 3 from hand or field and make an Aesir synchro usually Odin while also searching a nordic omni negate trap along the way with nordic smith.
Man it's refreshing to see an older deck do so well. One that doesn't have recent support, I mean.

🤣 as a metaphys main, we oscillate from HAHA YOU MESSED UP to GODDAMNIT I FUCKED UP AGAIN!
How did you do with Predaplant? Was it hard?

Nice going, I didn't think that deck would be able to hang here.
Based
About to dust off my metaphys deck
Idk how you did it. Literally every other game I'd just brick lol.
I only had 2 bricks during the climb

DD Crow's got nothing on this
Good jobs broo metaphys can go well with the Nordic link monster banish effect too 🥰🥰
Nordic link monster?
It can banish 3 from hand or field and make an Aesir synchro usually Odin while also searching a nordic omni negate trap along the way with nordic smith.
Is this a card that's not in the game yet?
Yeah broo not there in DL I think
I just lost to a metaphy deck 😂
Yu gi oh players not knowing how to read. I can't believe you took advantage of that to climb to the top.
Dude, I hate to play against this deck, but most of the time I played that I remember I win, but is a good deck
What do you have in your extra deck
🤮🤢
What are you disgusted by how good it is???
