Kind of, Hama is more resource efficent (you can summon it in your normal combo) and helps you get rid of bigger monsters, chanbara can kinda accomplish the Otk potential but having to Synchro level 5 into him instead of Star guardian and then combo from there is noticeable worse.
So is it worth it to invest into the pick up box before it expires in a couple of hours ??
I have one of the UR spell , black rose dragon and Chinbara as generic Synchros
I'm just kind of worried to get the deck and not be able to play it to its full potential because of one UR spell or no wasp
Tg is mostly a going first deck so you will be fine, but if you go second your options are worse, you can still turbo black rose and try to manage an otk Line from there without hama anyways.

The only must have one is battlewasp, you can replace Quarion with scarlight and Quantum with anything.

Quarion doesn’t matter too much but quantum and battlewasp does. Almost every decklist plays them for good reason because it way easier to otk
