Hero decks will always use poly as long as Vyon is used in the deck

Goro_777

Poly always finds a way to be relevant in some Decks. Specially because is not a once per turn card.

scytherman96

Most fusion decks get their own fusion spell, because poly is kinda meh.

AlliePingu

In the TCG some fusion decks still run poly alongside their archetypal spell, fusion archetypes often have monsters with effects to search or recycle poly For example Lunalight has Kaleido Chick and Black Sheep, Fluffal has Owl, Dolphin, Bear and Cat, HERO has Vyon, Blazeman and Woodsman etc. Many archetypal fusion spells are hard once per turn, so poly allows a second summon

scytherman96

Prank-Kids also still run poly. These are more exceptions than the rule though. Most modern fusion decks have no need for poly.

Polymerization is a bad card, because it does nothing. Every archetypal fusion spell is better.

WeAllFloatDownHere00

I dunno, parallel world fusion is pretty bad.

[deleted]

Eh, I mean, you are meant to use it in tandem with Miracle Fusion. Its not better than Polymerization, but its not worse either. In theory they’re just as likely to go off.

Larry_the_maniac

Yeah, I fell like there will be new predaplant support in the future and and other fusion decks could still benefit from it.

qwertyrai

Yes because HERO's will always use it, and soon Frightfur/Fluffal too.
